Well done Brum.
Well done Brum.
Absolute blinding day, was on a 13 hour night shift last night, had 2 1/2 hours sleep before driving up, well worth the exhaustion this evening. We weathered a bit of a storm in the first half at times but in the second half there was only one team in it, we were actually properly good, hit the bar, conspired to miss two of the easiest chances you'll ever see and still scored 3 good goals (look out for the 3rd on the FL Show, it's a belter) the most ardent of Derby fan couldn't have argued had it been 0-5.
Checked our tickets, 'Row X', very back row, quite a lot of steps, cracking view though...

If McClaren leaves, I would be far from happy if we took Gary Rowett. In fact, I think I'd rather have JFH than him.
Absolutely dreadful. Think Birmingham had 3 shots.
I'd agree - rowett seems a good manager but wouldn't want him based on the football that Birmingham play. Very much a direct play. Soon as you worked out Donaldson had keogh in winning headers the ball was pumped up every opportunity second half. Rightly too as well as its an advantage - I just wouldn't want to see that football at PP.
Try and say that with a straight face.
Rowett's tactical balance of defence and counter-attack works well for the players we have, who are majority free transfers. If he had the luxury of working on a budget of Derby's, he would get his side promoted.I'd agree - rowett seems a good manager but wouldn't want him based on the football that Birmingham play.
