To be fair, considering the Russians aren't part of the EU it should be easy enough to deport them, surely?
French authorities and UFEA need to wake up to the fact that there has been trouble every day of this tournament so far involving far many more nationalities than just England and Russia (although that seems to have been the worst clash so far). The local French lads seem to be a common factor as well, such as the previously peaceful Poland v N.Ireland. The local Plod should have the experience and intelligence to handle their own local club thugs?
You'd think mate. French plod are like Harry Kane Saturday night though. Missing
The FA getting Hodgson & Rooney to ask fans to 'behave' is an insult to the 1000's that have gone out to support their nation & have a good time. How dare they get attacked & beaten to a pulp by neo-nazi scum.
Our higher ups and media have been a disgrace, couldn't wait to point the finger at our own people and are now back tracking with the truth coming out
Most of the videos I saw was a case of self defence from the England fans, but fair enough if you have seen otherwise.
"Charging of opposition fans" is hardly anything else!Going by what was seen, I don't think the Millwall fans were targeting scarfers, as much as I don't like to stick up for 'em.
Believe me, I'd love to get rid of the French thugs that stirred up trouble.Thing is, football hooliganism has changed in the UK compared to 30 years ago. I'm not saying it doesn't exist, far from it. It does but 99% of the time British hooligans attack fellow hooligans and ignore us "scarfers". That's why we were all so shocked at Millwall fans charging across the top tier of Wembley in the League 1 play off final - it's so rare that "normal" fans are targeted.
It seems that anyone is a target to the French youths and Russian mobs. Even the police just assume every English fan is a thug.
It really is a different kettle of fish over there. If provoked, English people will react. But (in the main) they sure as hell aren't looking for it. That isn't the case for others there.
And why have they threatened England and Russia with expulsion? What about the French thugs stirring it up across the country?
