Well the draw is taking place today and the most represented country is Italy with 5 clubs who is the only country to have more than one club along with Russia (Dinamo Moscow & Zenit) and Ukraine (Dnipro & Dynamo Kiev). Even Germany only have one club left. Let's hope it's a good draw!

EDIT: actually I forgot Spain who also have 2 clubs (Seville & Villarreal).

Hope we get Brugge, Inter or Torino. I'd fancy our chances against the east European teams but we could do without a long away trip

No seeds at all. Including country. Bet there'll be an all-Italian tie.

The penalty got us out of jail a bit last night, we had a few chances, but the nerves were definitely there until we got that. Was a stroll after that though, and could have had more second half.

Just anyone but the bloody Russians and Ukrainians, please.

Got a sneaky feeling that Wolfsburg will get Everton which would be a shame as these two have already met this season in the group stage.

Piece of shit draw except for Wolfsburg vs Inter. Good luck Everton against Kiev. Do the business at home otherwise you're fucked.

Im so glad UEFA were kind enough to keep the Russians and Ukrainians spearated, but have no problem sending everyone into this...

UEFA are apparently investigating last nights crowd trouble, with a verdict expected later today, so every chance yet it could be moved, or behind closed doors.

Read a report from a fan who was at the ground yesterday. Was just a case of some idiots wanting a piece of the 30-strong French army that made the trip. I'm sure they'll behave themselves if Everton take 3,000 (and I think you will). In the ground at least.
As for moving venues, I don't think it's necessary but Donetsk played their game against Bayern at Lviv which is western Ukraine. Expect to play there if the game is moved.

Tough draw, especially with the first leg being at home but if we can win at home and not concede any away goals then I'll be more than happy going into the second leg.

Italy with 5 teams wot. Really odd. IDGAF about coefficients but Roma meeting Fiorentina this early is disappointing, especially since they've already met in the coppa this season.

Torino are the big outsiders aren't they. Only made it because Parma couldn't get a license and came all the way through the qualifying rounds. Became the first Italian team to beat Spanish opposition in like 5 years or something too.

The Echo have said that all away tickets tonight have been sold to UK based Ukrainians. Not really a surprise given the state of the economy over there, and the fact we are charging £33 while they are charging us £1!

Think next week will be tough, cant see us going through unless we take at least a 2-0 lead over there, and even then it will be hard.

I fancy us to win this 3-0 and put this tie to bed. Don't know why as it's hideously optimistic and I'm not usually one for that. COYB.

That was fucking fantastic strength from Lukaku. And a nice finish by Naismith.
