Fuck me, West Ham could literally pick 11 fans and would beat them!

Out of that bunch, Cork and Glentoran look to have picked up tricky little ties.

I'm guessing that Bilic will probably use most of his fringe players for these early games? Maybe even give some 'competitive' game time to the younger lads as well?

Their stadium capacity is about 700 and their the best team in Andorra!, we will probably play some reserve players and even then I'd be disappointed if we didn't thrash them, oh well first game out of 23 on the way to Basel!

Great draw for West Ham, can play the kids and squad players, not risk any senior players and lightly get back into Pre-season training. Aberdeen should get through their tie too.

Is it just me or do Linfield always seem to draw a side from the Faroes!? Good chance for them there.

West Ham have got themselves a gimme there and you'd think the Scottish sides have good chances with the home legs coming second.

Wouldn't feel confident for any of the other teams but let's hope a few of them progress.

The team will be a mixture of youth & experienced players:

"Westley – taking the team on the night at the request of new manager Slaven Bilic, who will watch from the stands – revealed that 16-year-old Reece Oxford, 18-year-old Lewis Page and summer signing Darren Randolph will be handed first-team debuts alongside captain James Tomkins and fellow first-team stars Diafra Sakho, Morgan Amalfitano, Matt Jarvis, Joey O’Brien and Mauro Zarate".

The game will be shown live and at no cost on West Ham TV, registration to the site is free.

Great stuff being a sell-out at Upton Park. Thought I could nab myself a couple of late tickets this afternoon, but sadly not! Will try for the next round, would like to get to The Boleyn one last time before it closes.

Got my ticket for a tenner, so am looking forward to seeing Bilic introduced, Allardyce no longer in the eye-line, and some of the kids getting a chance. Reece Oxford is supposedly one the brightest lights too, and Reece Burke did well at the tail-end of last season.

HT West Ham 2-0 Luistans.

Pretty pedestrian stuff from West Ham as it took 36 Minutes to break through.

I expect 3 or 4 more in the 2nd half though

Easy as expected for West Ham but was expecting a few more to be honest, still looks like their name is in the hat for the 2nd qualifying round even with the away tie to play. Crap result for St Johnstone in Armenia was expecting better but maybe that was me underestimating the home side, quite a job on in Perth next week. A 1-1 away draw for Aberdeen isn't a bad result and I can see them wining the 2nd leg back at Pittodrie. Be shocked if any of the Scottish sides make the group stage.

Hardly going on holiday.

"Perhaps without all the facts to hand, FC Lusitans manager Xavi Roura chose to use his post-match press conference to question why the new West Ham manager was not in the dugout for the match, despite the fact that Academy manager Terry Westley had trained the squad for the past few weeks and knew the Under-21s involved well. For the former Croatia international, though, the reasoning and rationale was clear.

“I was thinking about the best way to manage the game and the training camp we have in Ireland. I didn’t want to disrespect anyone and especially not a football team from Andorra as I respect them big time"

Easy for Shamrock Rovers tonight, looking forward to the 2nd rounds in both competitions hoping to get to watch a couple of the games.

UCD have beaten Differdange of Luxemborg on away goals despite a 2-1 defeat and going down to 10 men in the first 15 minutes. Their first ever win in Europe

West Ham will face Birkirkhara FC of Malta next who beat Ulsses of Armenia 3-1. A team who hadnt previous scored a goal in Europe. So not a massive increase in quality then!

Bala Town have just choked against Diffdange of Luxemborg. Conceding a 96th Minute equalizer to lose 4-3 on Agg. Ouch
