Croasdale has played well. It seems the majority of Stockport fans don’t like him, going off twitter and I don’t know why. Just plays the simple game and keeps you ticking over
We play him as our DM and he’s not got the legs to protect our defence. Apart from losing a 50/50 in for the first goal he was great tonight.

Nah, mind made up, can’t be on the pitch for beating a League One side as Stockport County.

Hopefully that’s Stockport knackered before the game at Kingfield on Saturday then. Excellent.

Strange end to the game there. Stockport fully deserved it, but fans nicking the corner flag and celebrating on mass on the pitch kindof muted the celebrations. You could see Challinor not happy with the fans on the pitch, seemed as thought players could not fully celebrate at the end and thank the fans which is a shame.

I hate all pitch invasions for that reason.

You have come a long way since Tranmere beat you 9-0 in 2017. Ground is a lot better now as well. Have Birmingham City helped with that for having the womens team play there.
We were very close to going down in 2016-17 after that 9-0 defeat. Was not an enjoyable afternoon at Prenton Park.
I don’t think Blues ladies play there anymore. Eales is putting in a lot of money at the moment so would put it down to that.

Shaming non league here.
Your wrong EN a few morons can’t ruin a great performance by a club in our league. Gutted to be in this league but many teams support is far better than many efl clubs. No shame but great for the NL, get over your bitterness. Good luck in the next round Stockport and the other NL clubs still in

You stayed up before the season finished courtesy of us beating Southport but have grown as a club, more than AFC Fylde have for certain. To be fair the supporters you had there that day never stopped making noise.

Stockport County.
I watched us win 5-1 there. Got in the ground at 0-2.

We were brilliant to be fair, the better team won. Worked our arses off, got men forward, played some good football, got close to the opposition when they had the football, simple game when it's done right.

Hopefully Challinor can keep improving us, his hardest task might just be getting these lads back down and then back up for Woking away on Saturday.

sadly it was maybe three or 4 players short from our best team but no excuses as most teams have injuries.

That’s the gap shortening between these big money clubs like Stockport and Chesterfield, basically teams that would easily get on with the same budget in the two leagues above if the right manager is in charge and the sole reason Challinor left Pools. We literally had a reserve side out against Salford but still played them of the park without scoring. The bottom third of this league is still dreadful though.

Not sure about that. Stockport have some ok lge2 players journeymen who looked world beaters last night.
Quigley was ok no better at a Barrow team that just stayed up last season. Maddon is decent on his day.
Man for man far superior on the night then us
