Freeman had a good game? What?

Thought he was comfortably our best player today, surprised you couldn't see that seeing as you usually wank him off

Back to shite Freeman today, slow with the ball and reluctant to cross it. Our best player was Tomlin and he played for 20 minutes, created three clear cut chances.

Freeman was great for 20 mins and then disappeared.

Two midtable teams trying their best to throw the game away, should have finished about 4-3 or 3-4.

All this hullaboo about Tomlin, we created loads without him and completely lost the plot when he came on

Yeah Tomlin was poor and didn't really look that interested.

Johnson needs to end this love affair with Korey Smith as well as it's getting ridiculous. There's no way Pack should've left that pitch instead of him.

Stuck a fair few in or looked to play Matthews down to the by line to cross it. Did either of those more than played it back. Played with intent today, more often than not went forward with the ball and retained it well. One of our more creative players today.

Forgot to mention as well, poor from Bobby Reid and at fault for the first goal, you don't try beating a player just outside your own box, losing that ball led directly to their opportunity deflection or not. Clear the ball and they don't get that chance.

We played our best football this season with Pack and Reid in the middle, would be happy to go back to that on Saturday.

Would like Brownhill and O'Dowda to get a go, he's got to make wholesale changes on Saturday though I thought he'd do that tonight...

If 2 or 3 of those golden chances go in we win that game, that really is the only difference between what has happened and fans coming away happy. I know Hogan has been the talk of interest but he had 3 or 4 golden chances as well.

They could've been out of sight at half time though. Hogan went through on goal six times in the opening 19 minutes, it was ridiculous

He played Engvall through twice with a chipped through ball and slid one in for Tammy as well.

Was it Tomlin that played the through ball to Reid as well when he miscontrolled it? That happened several times, happened to Engvall twice from the Tomlin through balls and I thought his touch looked excellent against Hull.

First time seeing Engvall tonight and on that showing a pass through to him is about as useful as a pass back to the keeper

Was Tammy I think who did that ball to Reid, was a quick free kick and good thinking.

Correct was Tammy.
On Engvall looked a very different player against Hull.

Lack of gametime equaling a lack of sharpness maybe?

I don't really get our use for these young players either, seldom do they feature for the U23s so what's the point in having them?
