Goals from Saturday, courtesy of Barnet. Their goal was probably a pen, it looks just inside the box. Ours were all cracking finishes, defending not great though.

Wow! FGR's second goal was horrific!
Was like watching a pub team, diving in, no shape just complete and utter chaos.

The first and third goals were pretty awful too. What the hell has happened to Stephens?!

Stephens is certainly going through a rough patch. His positioning has gone awry and his distribution has declined in quality.

He also looks overweight and disinterested.

He could be a decent player if he added some bite to his game, got himself fit and remembered how to pass. Right now he is a liability. Hoping we sign an experienced central defender on loan.

My favourite bit of those highlights (FGR v Barnet) is the two seconds after Akinde scores, great celebration...!

Highlight of the whole game from a Barnet fans point of view, that.

I was almost too scared to watch those highlights. I now wish I hadn't. MA has turned Stephens into something else entirely, I don't even...

Worth watching just to see the state on Kyle Perry these days.

I was sure on Saturday that their player kicked the ball, from which they scored, before the ref blew his whistle. Unfortunately you can't see the kicker in the picture, but the short amount of time between the whistle blowing and the ball appearing in shot suggests I might have been right.

Highlights of Alfreton v Chester

Would recommend you give it a watch. Tom Shaws screamer is 0.45 onwards. The Chester equalizer and the foul is 5.15 onwards

I remember that incident now, wasn't sure which you were referring to earlier.

I shouted for him to be booked for a dive at the time and the replay does nothing to make me change my mind. Very little contact, slight push, at the very worst? Not enough to send him sprawling down anyway.

If you're referring to the incident that occurred just outside Chester's penalty area, then that doesn't look like a foul in the slightest.

I must admit Live it looked like a certain foul. But looking back at those highlights its not so clear cut. He did place two arms towards his back. Not sure he made contact though and Speight did go down easy.

Superb strike from Tom Shaw tho!

I can't imagine the Welling No. 6, Bush, has ever had a worse game. Gets done out wide for the 1st goal, through the middle for the 2nd, and then gives away the penalty and gets a red card for the 3rd.
