Jabo is bound to score as he'll be in for a shit load of abuse for being ex franchise, as will Charlie Wyke.
All our ex players have a tendency to score against us.

So there you go. We've got to score at least 3 goals to win.

Any of you Carlisle boys know what the weather is gonna be like locally on Saturday?
Is it shorts weather?

Went last year for the 4-4 but not going this time. Think it might well be a draw again, possibly 2-2 and 301 away fans.

Would like to see us play for an entire match for the first time this season but as we're still coming together as a team I'm not convinced we will...

I'll be that 1 - :D It's a long way to go for a nil - nil...but i'll take a point.

problem is what us northerners class as shorts weather, you southern lot class as jumper weather

bbc has its usual mixed bag 'not a clue' report so sadly could be either.

Cold and wet I reckon (though the lst trip was very sunny!) I've already got my thermals out of the wardrobe for this one

I recommend a large Bell's after every pint of Theakston's, whatever the weather. No need for Cumbrians to consider a leap into the Eden if it goes badly. It sounds like you have more problems off the pitch than on.

Having played both teams in recent days, I see plenty of scope for goals and cards. Wombles SHOULD be clear winners but they'll need to get at least 2 ahead by 60 minutes to be comfortable.

Jabo bubble to burst. 1-3

I think the biggest problem off the pitch is we've flogged what was a fresh start for a bunch of clap-trap and all this delay will see us in non-league before we finally have a new era.....or worse owned by someone worse.

I think as balls says it'll be non short weather, it is meant to be dry in morning, rain in afternoon so probably not best of days,

I got to the game late last year (car trouble) and didn't have the opportunity to visit the food hut in the away end...any cumbrian specialities on offer at the ground?

they never did cumbrian stuff really, but I think we also got some sort've basic supplier like rest of football so it was the same genetic over-priced football clap-trap.

I used to suggest trying a Scotch Pie which are something we sold no one else did, but I stopped getting them when I found I could buy 6 in a shop for the price of one in the ground.

I think Carlisle is a good for the drinkers (I don't drink) some good bars about the place.

The last time we won a league game in August, was August 25th 2012.

We haven't lost a home game since March 7th.

The last time Carlisle had a positive goal difference was August 18th 2012 (currently on -3).

Our only 2 games against AFC Wimbledon have produced 12 goals (4-4, 3-1).

Those stats point towards a high-scoring draw, but we desperately need the 3pts.

That is disgraceful. 3 fucking years of starting off shite and having to play catchup.

7 goals in 5 games, safe to say he will be hitting double figures this season contrary to the majority of predictions. What a hero.

Fair result in the end. Taking Taylor off took the wind out of our sails, a little bit. I'm not sure that bringing Bayo on was the right change at that point in the game. Still...I'm happy with the point and would imagine United fans are too (?)

Not really happy with it in terms of it being another game without a win, and especially an extremely winnable home one, but oh well. After Jabo scored we should've gone for the win, got unlucky with Kennedy hitting the post and then having the overhead kick saved.

Bring on the monkey-hangers on Saturday after we get fucked by QPR.

Piss poor game. Both teams weren't great in a really scrappy match. We finished on top but a winner would have been slightly harsh on Wimbledon.

Certainly our worst performance of season so far, we weren't fluent at all, we didn't pass the ball well and looked unbalanced and disjointed. Weird tactics playing Kennedy as a left wing back in first half.

3 points from 4 games is unacceptable really, different season but the same old shite.

Thought we edged it, but we were fairly shite for the majority. Special mention to the referee too, he was absolutely shit.

Danny Grainger is a terrible footballer, dunno how he's the captain.

Jabo is very good though, was quiet in the 1st half but was a threat in the 2nd.

We just didn't look creative enough at 4-4-2, improved after switching back to 3-5-2

Overall I would say it was a mid-table match between two mid-table teams, playing at the middle of their abilities.

Disappointed a bit not to get our first win of the season... especially with Le Havrelepool looming over the horizon.

Sick of Grainger's long balls.

Also from Curle's post match interview it sounds like Dicker and Troy are no longer transfer listed.

Phillips asked if there was any news on the 5 transfer listed players and Curle corrected him that there were now only 3 transfer listed players. Well the 5 were Troy, Dicker, Sweeney, CMW and Kearns, and seeing as the first two started today and the latter three are yet to feature this season, all signs point to Troy and Dicker no longer being transfer listed.
