New Year, new hope.

Fulham (a) tough task, our away form has been very patchy and they have the new manager bounce but can see a draw.

Fulham (h) FA Cup third round, wholesale changes, win.

Bolton (h) Should be a routine home win.

Leeds (h) Steve Evans and his loveable rogues in town, hopefully retain our good home form, win.

Reading (a) We never beat Egg McDermotts team away so home win

Burnley (h) Can see our second home defeat of the season

7/15

Reading (A) - What better chance for Reading to get off the bottom of the form table with a resounding him win? 3-0.

West Brom (A) - Tony Pulis side, how fascinating. We won't score, and we'll concede loads. 6-0.

PNE (H) - What a brilliant game this will be... 0-1.

Middlesbrough (H) - Fluked a win up there earlier in the season, they'll be out for revenge. 0-5.

Leeds (A) - Leeds have picked up a bit of late, I hope there's some sort of plan in place for free sombrero's to be handed out in the away end. 3-0.

Birmingham (H) - We'll score a goal and finish the month on a high with a riveting point at home to the massive Birmingham City. 1-1.

A lot of this month depends on who we get in and who quickly we get in, but at the moment if things stay as they are I'll stick to these.

Our game won't be played this month cos it's 4th round weekend, but I have never hoped for Garner to score against a specific team more than I want him to score against you

3 goals in 21 appearances this season. He's a bit shit, Tom.

He's a targetman under Grayson and has played well even though he is partnered alongside utter shite like Doyle & Keane.

He'd score plenty in a better side who actually cross the ball.

Back on topic - We have Rotherham, Bristol City, Ipswich, Brentford and Derby this month. I'd be happy with 7pts but think we might only get 4 or 5.

Pretty tough month ahead...

Brentford (H) our home form has picked up somewhat in recent weeks, Brentford seem a decent side DRAW

Bournemouth (H FAC) it pains me to think that us beating Bournemouth would register as a shock in todays world :ffs: our first meeting since the 8-0 mauling, I actually think Rowett will have a go in the Cup, 'SHOCK' WIN

Forest (A) Tough game LOSS

Derby (A) Another tough one, we do tend to pinch a point here though, optimistic DRAW

Ipswich (H) Good side LOSS

Bristol City (A) The real BCFC roll into town and put the pretenders in their place!!! Not been to Bristol City for ages, used to be a right moody place, hopefully they've still got that edge WIN

5/15 points will see us consolidate in lower mid-table.

Tough month for us coming up:

Birmingham (A) - would be happy with a point here. Don't think we'll get any less, with some luck might get a win. DRAW

Walsall (H) - we'll make a few changes, which traditionally doesn't work that well for us, but we should come away with a WIN.

Middlesbrough (H) - couldn't handle them last season, though they were very lucky to avoid defeat in the first leg of the play offs. I'd like a win here but I think we'll LOSE.

Burnley (H) - 3rd game in 6 days for us, and most sides, but we'll have played them all at home. Hopefully that small advantage plays in our hands. Can see Gray coming back and scoring a couple, hopefully we sneak a win in a thriller though. WIN.

Preston (A) - couldn't deal with us when we played them at home, and we weren't playing anywhere near as well as we are now. WIN.

Leeds (H) - tough to say on this one, think we'll end the month with another DRAW.

8/15 and through in the cup will do me very nicely. Could easily be 10 points from the month if we defend well.

Hull (H) - Sky TV - Lets be positive and go for a home win.
Forest (A) , FA Cup - Never won at their ground. Wont start now - loss.
Blackburn (A) - Hopefully we are thrashed so much by Forest, that our players stop trying so that they are fresh for this game. Draw at best.
Rotherham (A) 16th Jan - We have to get an away win at some stage, so I will say here. Win.
Wolves (H) - I am going to this, so this will be another defeat.
Forest (A) - See above.

7/15 - perfectly mid table.

Not really any more Trev. We can still be pretty hostile but it doesn't happen too often nowadays unless the sag scum, Cardiff or Swindon are in town.

Our January home games look okay but away all tough.

MK Dons (H) - Don't think this will be as easy as some are making out but need to win this and think we might edge it. WIN
Rotherham (H - Cup) - Should have beaten them in the league so revenge on the cards. WIN.
Ipswich (A) - Usually struggle a bit down there but hope we can nick a point. DRAW.
Sheffield Weds (A) - Didn't pull up any trees at ER but seem better now and can see us losing this. LOSE.
Bristol City (H) - Hopefully get back on track against these lot to make up for the cheek of them not letting us maintain our winning record against them. WIN.
Brentford (A) - Have had the better of us since they got promoted and can see the same here. LOSE.

Burnley (A) - Tough start to the year, but we've won five in a row on the road. That run ends here. Draw
Portsmouth (H - FA Cup) - It'll be a second string side, but Portsmouth will probably be more focused on the league too. Win
Leeds (H) - They're in good form, this will be a tough game. Draw
Preston (H) - Probably a very dull, defensive game, but we'll nick it. Win
Birmingham (A) - They're in much worse form than last time we played them, think we can win this one. Win
Reading (H) - We never seem to beat Reading. Lose

Middlesbrough (A) would be extremely happy with a draw here just to keep boro at arms length. We don't want to be 4 points behind them with them having a game in hand. Think we will lose through LOSE

Hartlepool (A - FA CUP) - professional win here. WIN

Reading (H) - A bogey team to us these last few years at home (hammered us last game of the season) we should be beating these though. WIN

Birmingham (H) - Scandelous they got a point at PP last season. Revenge - WIN

Burnley (A) - Think Burnley are too strong at home and best we could hope here is a draw, but think they'll be up for it and snatch a win. LOSE

Preston (H) - Professional performance WIN

Preston (A) - Lose.

Paul green at right back is a terrifying thought.

Leeds (A) (FA cup) - Draw.

Destined to be a replay, so we can play each other as many times as possible and listen to the Evans/Redfearn bitch fest. (Mind you there's only Redfearn bitching.

Brighton (H) - Win.

Type of game we win and keep our dreams of 21st alive.

QPR (H) - Win.

Again a game our players will feel like turning up for and when they do we can beat anyone.

Cardiff (A) - Lose.

We'll do what we normally do after a couple of good performances (which I predict against Brighton and QPR) and come back down to earth with a bang.

Charlton (H) - Win.

They're toss. We tend to beat the teams we really do need to beat (Wigan, Millwall and
last year for example) and same will happen here.

9 points would be a amazing return but it could easily only be 3 points.

Leeds (A) - we've only one one game away from home all season. Leeds 3-0 MK Dons

Northampton (A) CUP - On good form, we're away from home. Northampton 2-1 MK Dons

Burnley (H) - much better side than us, Burnley 2-0 MK Dons

Reading (H) - think we can get another draw here against Reading. MK Dons 1-1 Reading.

Bolton (A) - Must win, but we won't as we are away from home. Bolton 2-2 MK Dons.

Middlesbrough (H) - gonna get fucking banged. MK Dons 0-5 Middlesbrough.

2/15 points and into the relegation zone. You Dons.

Obviously we might sign half a squad in a week but on the assumption we won't;

Reading A - we lost that.
Albion A (Cup) - meh. Going but meh.
Preston H - will probably be outplayed and have Callum Robinson score a blinder to win it.
Boro H - will probably beat them. We do doubles over soon-to-be promoted sides don't you know; just ask Southampton.
Leeds A - Previous 5 away games have 4 points, 2 goals for and 12 against. I do not expect much.
Birmingham H - still dislike them for that Peter Ndlovu & Mike Dean inspired robbery on 24th April 1998 (http://www.soccerbase.com/teams/team.sd?team_id=376&teamTabs=results&season_id=145). So we'll lose.

coincidence that apparently a "fight" (didnt look much of a fight from what i saw, we got a bit hostile though) started vs reading xD
Albion A (Cup) - No chance. 5-1 loss.
Preston H - A game we probably want to win. I feel optimistic, 2-1 win.
Boro H - Tight game, 0-0 draw
Leeds A - 2-0 loss
Birmingham H - 3-0 loss

That was definitely no fight. It was the modern 'let's all stand here like dickheads with our arms stretched out' dance!
How can anyone have a fight with supporters of a team that run out to Postman Pat? I still can't get over that. :ohm:

Back on topic - We have Rotherham, Bristol City, Ipswich, Brentford and Derby this month. I'd be happy with 7pts but think we might only get 4 or 5.

Tha't my expectations surpassed, three tough games on the spin now, nick a win in any of them and it will have been a very good month.
