It's the whole round experience, I'd rather be going to grounds like Molineux, The City Ground etc than somewhere like the 'Checkatrade.com Stadium.'

And who can write off anything? Look what happened last time we went up..

Anything can happen - Brentford and Bournemouth are proving that.

Two years of seeing sub one hundred away followings is enough for me. Can't wait to get out of this shit division and have fun with similar sized clubs upstairs.

On the promotion thing, I have to say, the Championship is a great league and I've really missed it. The quality is very good so fair play to the sides that went up last year for doing so well.
There are some seriously big clubs up there and virtually all the stadiums are excellent and well attended. For one, I will be glad to go back up IF we make it, regardless of position (as long as we don't come back down should we get up).
No offence meant to the WABLO boys.

Hello fellow La Leagu'a 1 followers. Been a reader on here for a while so thought best id join!
Predictons and hopes as follows.....
1. Bristol City - should win it now, most consistent all season
2. Preston NE - Grayson has finally found his winning team and formation and is sticking to it every game, finally. The signing of Daniel Johnson and having Callum Robinson back has changed us from a play off side to a top 2 side in my opinion.
3. Swindon - Sorry but never liked Swindon ever since i chatted to one of there fans in the pub before game a few years back and he said they would beat us convinceingly 3 or 4 nil at Deepdale, far too smug. Then we smashed them 4-1 with Foderingham getting subbed off after 20 mins ;)
4. MK Dons - Franchise sorry but does anyone like MK Dons as a club?!
5. Sheffield United - Proper club. But sick of playing these every pissing year.
6. Think Barnsley will sneak in

That's what both sets of fans are hoping for, and if both teams can hold their form then it looks a real possibility!

This City/Preston mutual wankfest is getting nauseating.

You're not supposed to like opposition fans. A bit of respect is OK but to keep dropping your troos, bending over and taking a length could be construed as a mite too friendly.

The thing you don't get Dan is it's a 'mutual' respect. The PNE fans were mint when we went up at their place when they didn't have to do anything. It was a really classy thing to do and we reciprocated at our place when they went up.
Don't misunderstand us, we will want to beat them and vice versa but we respect the club and its' supporters. I would guess that's quite rare in modern day football?

I spend a lot of my spare time posting on here, surely it helps if I like the posters?

In particular I like the PNE fans on here, Tom (until he's had a drink or two) and SF is humourous. There's a lot of mutual respect between City and Preston and there has been for years, we're two very similar clubs, and I would obviously rather Preston come up with us rather than Swindon and MK (although an M4 Derby in the Championship would be rather fun)

Suppose beating you at Deepdale in our last home game of the season to seal promotion would be ok too. Whilst singing 'Were going up with the City' :fish: :fl::fl::fish:

Sealing promotion against Swindon or Preston is looking increasingly likely as it goes
