10 years today since Richard Butcher sadly passed away. Puts everything going on at the moment into perspective.

RIP Butch
Indeed R.I.P. Quite shocked it was 10 years ago.

Cambridge at home tomorrow. This will be the fourth game between both teams this season after the FA Cup 1st round and replay.

It’s one of those ‘we should win games’ but they can often be tricky. We still have a makeshift left side due to three injuries in that position. Ajose is fit again and scored last week but will probably start on the bench.

Not sure on Cambridge’s biggest threat? Many travelling down?

1-0 City

Our biggest threat is without doubt the aimless hoofing up of the ball in the general direction of our lone striker Sam Smith, who has never ever won a single header in his life before. So while there's no danger of your defenders conceding a goal, there's grave danger indeed to any fan watching the match as the risk of straining one of the muscles in the diagram below is huge.

Therefore my advice is simple. Do not follow the flight of the ball every time we lump it forward and keep your head down. Trust me, you won't be missing anything.

As of Wednesday we'd apparently sold 10 tickets and have cancelled the away travel coach, so no, not many travelling, it will be pitifully low. Probably still not as pitiful as the performance we'll put it on the pitch though.

Sounds like Van Veen is probably out for tomorrow and we are sweating on the fitness of Eisa and Gilliead. Think we will write this one off as a loss.

With so many players out for one reason or another, I'm only expecting a heavy defeat and nothing else, though I guess there's always the chance of Exeter going 2 nil up inside the first 20 mins or so and then go through the motions for the reminder of the match.

Can't say I'm looking forward to watching Davies and Jones get slaughtered by their wide men. I swear I've watched better left backs on 7 a side pitches than Jones. He's not even good enough to lace Carroll's boots if you ask me. And I can't bear to think about a midfield with no Carruthers and Roles in it.

Lowe is buying all the fans on the official coaches breakfast - a bacon butty - because they have to leave at 4am due to the road works on M6.

Who are you kidding Cambridge? You beat us 4-0 at your place so I fully expect us to lose tomorrow.

Yay we’re at home again.

What a thoroughly depressing concept.

FG to win

They won 4-0 at Mansfield but we beat them 3-2 there on NYD, they were absolutely hopeless (which you have to be to lose to us)

Plymouth at home today. Really should be winning home games like this, but as usual we won’t. 2 wins in 3 months is an absolute disgrace for this club in this league. Unacceptable.

Can see an easy win for Plymouth, they won’t even have to play well, just put balls into our box and either someone will get a free header or one of our defenders will take an air shot and miss, or worse put into their own net. We have no threat at the other end so no need to worry about that. Comfortable away win by 2 or 3 goals I’d say. Dreadful conditions, won’t be a classic, and another nail in our relegation coffin.

Very tempted to lump £50 on Plymouth at 5/4 with Ladbrokes.

Half asleep at the back again and two down. used to be we couldn't score but could defend. Going be a long spring if we forget how to do that.

Exactly the kind of game you’d expect when Westley-ball is on display. Really scrappy though they’ve come closer to scoring. Vale not really done much at all.

We don’t look up for this game at all. Players look tired and lethargic. We are lacking any sort of creativity and keep resorting to launching balls up to Pope who Is essentially on his own because we play 451, not 433. I’d take Conlon off nice Worrall into the middle 3 and put Browne out wide.

Boring game. Stevenage would be 2-0 up if it wasn’t for us having a top keeper.

Started well and nearly scored a great goal when Monty hit wide after so great passing move but been dragged down to their level and it’s just been scrappy.

Games there for the taking if we up it.
