I do wonder how this style of football will go down with Bradford fans if Adams isn't off to a flyer there. Can see they might turn pretty quickly. Morecambe will have been used to this from when Bentley was manager.

People give VAR a lot of stick and usually rightly so, but there is no way that pen gets given if VAR was in operation.

I see no reason why it shouldn't be in operation for a Wembley final.

Lot of respect there to Michael Flynn, after being on the end of that this has been a very restrained interview. Can think of a fair few managers who would have let rip over that. If they can keep hold of the likes of Sheehan they'll be up there again though.

Gutted after that. Not at our best but at least we tried to play a bit of football and win the game. Less said about the ref the better - just basically incompetent. Well done to Morecambe who at the end of the day got the job done. Good luck to all 4 promoted clubs next season in L1. We go again in a few weeks - suspect we will have a high turnover of players, only about 5 are contracted for 21/22. Sheehan will move on for sure. Nice new pitch being laid at Dave so hopefully Flynn will carry on with his version of possession football. Had better days but after the past 18 months just glad to have the County as a positive focus.
