There was no local talent as there literally was about 10 people in each pub and the ones that were a bit busier we couldn't get in cos we're from Sheffield. Wank night won't ever be going back for the night that is for sure.

Without detracting from the competitiveness of a 3rd Round tie we hope that this can be regarded as the "friendly derby" however, given the links between the clubs, it is inevitable that some away fans will have tickets for the "home" end. We have therefore decided to extend the segregated section reserved for Wimbledon fans and would ask any away fans with tickets for the home end to respect any requests from police or stewards to move into the "away" end. Extra toilet and catering facilities are being provided at both ends of the ground.

The extra bit of terracing set aside for Wimbledon fans probably holds about 400, plus there were a few dozen scattered about in other parts of the ground, so about 1900 Wimbledon fans at GGL

On the front before , ended up in the strip club. Then a couple in the centre after which were dead so went back to the front, 1 pub on there was decent tbf but all the rest were empty so back to centre where varsity is that was wank and couldn't get in a couple that looked ok cos we were from Sheffield. Truly pathetic.

I haven't been out in Southend for years. Place is an absolute dive. One place which is meant to be okay is a place called East Coast Social but if you were staying in the Travel-lodge next to Varsity that bar is the opposite way to the front.

Why is it? We are fucking pathetic on and off the pitch, nobody in the team gives a shit, we've got the worst away record in the league, 3 away games in 9 days, £25 a pop. I'ts a disgrace what this board have let the football club become + they wll reap what they sew in the coming seasons, sadly it will be the fans that suffer again.

We will have some seriously low followings in the coming months if things continue on and off the pitch, and who can blame them? I've packed it in almost all together this season as have most of the lads I go with. Looks like that attitude has been repeated throughout our fanbase.

I'll be back next season should we stay up and this board **** off and sell up pronto before we go to the wall.

If we pick up and show signs of life I am tempted to go to Bolton which would be a new ground for me but otherwise I can't see me bothering.

I cant see vale taking more than 200 to any of the remaining away games apart from walsall and chesterfield and even them will probably be about 500. People arnt going go when the results are poor and theres no entertainment we cant all take 3000 away every week.
