Aldershot Town have today announced that they will offer a live streaming service for the upcoming season to give all fans of the club – and any away fans – the chance to watch matches played at The EBB Stadium. Details of how this will be accessed by fans will be announced in due course,

This is the best way to go about the situation. With the recent spikes it seems very unlikely we will see fans in stadiums for the start of the season so the only way clubs can generate any matchday income is to live stream matches. Of course it won't come close to gate receipts and concessions but what other option is there?
