Hartlepool's record at home to us before yesterday was awful so it mean s nothing mate. If we lose to Villa on Tuesday we'll have a chance but if we beat Villa  Our players minds will be on Man City so no chance.

Its all coming out now!!! Becchetti asks Hendon to "step aside" from his role, Hendon basically says "so you're sacking me?", Becchetti replies with "No I want you to step aside as manager."

Talks then go on in the board room, Hendon leaves ground at 8pm. He is apparently seeking legal advice now from LMA.

He's not officially been sacked, hence why Hessenthaler will continue till the end of the season - We cannot get another manager in with our current one appearing to be on gardening leave :(

Someone on our forums who is reliable with his information reckons Di Canio may well be in the running. That would be fucking great. Really fucking great...

That would at least be entertaining...!

Lots of your fans seem to be saying that they want to watch a more entertaining side.....?

Nolan is 1/10 to be your new manager. Surely not?

Pretty much sounds like it. He was training with us to keep fit for the last three months or so, means he knows the club reasonably well also so it's not like bringing in a total outsider. Will know the players and what Becchetti is like. On the pitch I imagine he should be the best centre mid in the league. Fairly big backroom staff with Hessenthaler, Nugent and Harrison on the playing side and Pressenda as technical director. Will be interesting to see what happens.

What do all three of Becchettis appointments have in common?

They're all huge gambles - All three with minimal managerial experience.

The first two were always nailed onto fail, this one is even more unproven......

A lot of fans 50/50 on this, he'll get a chance, but this club desperately needs an old head to stabilise it.

Don't be suprised if we're back in this position in 5-6 months time.

The World Bank’s ICSID Tribunal has requested the Albanian government to take all actions necessary to suspend extradition and criminal proceedings against Francesco Becchetti and Liliana Condomitti.

Neither do I. I also have no idea how biding this judgement is either, going by the use of the word "recommendation" I'm imagining not very.

Worth bringing this back up as details emerge of our £4.5 million loss from last year.

But everything's definitely going to be alright, no need to question anything, move along.

Nolan apparently has walked, because Becchetti has been picking the team.

Christ, this guy sounds like a chip off the old Cellino block.

Hope the new Notts owner doesn't do this. The problem with running a club like this, in this league is the trap door down into the conference, which is probably the hardest league to get out of

These dodgy foreign owners don't give even the slightest fuck. It's all just a game to these idiots. I reckon even dodgy Dave Cameron would pass this fit and proper persons test.

If you believe the internet, Gennaro Gattuso will hold discussions with the club later this week.

He is currently the manager of Serie C side, Pisa.

From a very good source I have heard your owner passed messages on subs and tactics to a person on the bench via an ear piece. He has been making all decisions last 3 games.

Your source would be 100% right. We weren't sure how he was doing it, but we knew it was happening. No wonder we've been crap and not motivated for weeks now.

A drunk Nolan apparently having a row with drunk fans, it takes two to tango.....But it just shows the tense poisonous atmosphere at the football club right now.

Hessenthaler has publically spoken out against the interference from above and said that under Hendon we'd have made the play offs.

The more Hess speaks the more he grows on me. Let's guess the date of his sacking.

There was no way we'd have made the playoffs under Hendon. Nolan - maybe.

Either way, Hess knows he's gone anyway, the new manager is going to be Italian it seems - When its announced fuck knows.
