Sakho? Really?
Sakho had a great game. If he can play at this level consistently, he's definitely a keeper. I mean, not a goalkeeper, but, you know.

I might add Lucas to Leewilson's list, he's been very good this season. We'll see if Firmino can toughen himself up a little, at the moment he's playing way too soft and careless. There's potential in him, but I'm not seeing toughness nor winning mentality.

Stockport County.
Imagine having a penis inserted up your arse and thrusted for several consecutive hours..

That's it how SALTIRE feels right now.

United were and are awful.

The worst Liverpool FC side for 50 odd years. It's Klopp's fault; make no mistake. Rodgers had them better than this.

Sat there watching....Jesus never have I seen a more shite Liverpool and Utd game. Both teams had no composure, gave the ball away too many times and there was no moment of genius.

It makes the defeat so much worse because that bloody defence...Ibe just lets Mata go and 4 of our lads couldn't beat Fellaini to the ball. Consistently amateurish defending and it costs us.

Going forward...We were just gash! Too much tippy tappy...look at me lad I can hold the ball and lay it off...But no killer pass and no ruthless finish. Firmino got some of that in his locker but when he dropped deep he played some boss passes but no striker for him to supply.

Final point....start Benteke! I don't care about his flaws...he delivers goals! Lallana who was only £5m cheaper...doesn't! Cross to him, pass to him, scream at him to make runs, I don't care but the lad is a £30m signing and our only fit striker who scores!

We can forget top 4 now....use remainder of season to let Klopp figure this league out and put everything into winning league cup. Maybe give the Europa a real go and see what happens.

Sakho? Really?

Sakho is underrated by most. I've always rated him. He has excellent distribution, very solid in the air and reads the game pretty well. At times his balance in 1v1s is a little suspect but overall, a very capable defender. Unfortunately, because he is playing in a poor unit and his posture can appear clumsy, a perception can be made that he is poor when in fact, he's actually very good.

Rooooooooooooooney. Say what you want about van Gaal but he always beats the bin dippers. Great result, we're shit but still better than Liverpool, they didn't even have it in them to score against us  9th is where they belong.

Good luck in the Europa this season and next, whilst Liverpool will be in the CL even if they finish 10th or 11th as I predicted. Got to keep Van Gaal in a job a bit longer anyway, to keep you bully boys off his back. Onwards and upwards!! :D

No sunshine here, in fact it's metaphorically pissing it down - just a bit of schadenfreude considering your lot are having to sit through a fucking tsunami!

Oh I'm sure Klopp will reap that squad like a tsunami soon enough, but what will come out of it will be better than this load of shite; which is why I'm not too bothered about today's result or even the league the way its going as they still have the cups to play for this year (and get that CL spot with winning the EL, hooraa!!!) and make a fresh start with a new team next season, and at a fraction of the cost that you guys will be rebuilding at once more to try and jump from 6th or 7th where you'll finish, to where you aim for. :D

I certainly don't believe a word of what you said in your last post in the Jurgen Kop thread.

You are the type of person I can see going out and doing something really daft tonight mate and then regretting it the next morning.

Stay indoors for tonight fella, sleep the misery off, tomorrow is another day.

No he doesn't!

Okay he'll play a couple of decent passes a game, but he'll play at least one hospital pass a game. I think against Arsenal he played about three passes straight to one of our midfielders. He's an accident waiting to happen and it's only luck that he doesn't get punished far more on it.

I must say I find your rating of Sakho quite strange, Lee. He can have the odd blinder here and there but he's a liability.

He always takes three or four games to get back sharp after an injury, after that he is generally excellent.

Yes he does. His passing is far better than you are giving him credit for.

Just a difference of opinion. He's not perfect, he has made mistakes but I think the overall package is of somebody that is underrated by most. I think in a stronger unit, his ability would shine through clearer. Hopefully eventually that comes to fruition. If I end up being wrong then hands will be held up, but I'm sticking to my guns with this one.

Klopp's got a very difficult job. The only players who started today who you'd want anywhere near a Liverpool XI in 2 seasons time would be Clyne, Sakho, Henderson and Can.
Lets be honest, Henderson was shit today. Should have been subbed at HT.
