No Tourtois for this game, City should walk it. 2-0 against a parked Chelsea bus.

I wouldn't be surprised if it was 0-0, but i'd like City to win and move 5pts ahead of Chelsea.

"You'd almost hope that Eden Hazard would have diarrhoea," the City captain joked to Het Nieuwsblad.

Chelsea not lost on a Sunday since 2013 - at Man City.

Think this will a draw.

I see Mourinho has had another dig at Wenger in the build up to this game. Come on City give Chelsea a thrashing.

This pic sums up Mourinho perfectly.

What amazes me is that the media are so bloody savvy in saying 'well Mourinho is merely deflecting from his team's bad performance' after the Swansea game with the physio stuff, and yet they don't talk about Chelsea's performance.

The media dictate whether Mourinho's 'distraction tactics' work, so why not just ignore him and focus on the team?

City boss Manuel Pellegrini signed a new contract recently after finishing a second in the league last season.
When asked if he was surprised by the deal, Mourinho said: "Why? Some other clubs, they have disappointed for 15 years and the manager is the same."

Because unlike proper foreign journalists, the ones here are sycophants who only care for the soap opera and haven't a clue about the actual game.

That's nothing really. Remember when he mentioned three specific match minutes in an interview and MOTD spent 15 minutes only talking about these three? Talk about letting him dictate the terms, it was embarrassing.

They have a point when he criticises a referee or a decision but this whole thing over the doctor doesn't fall in to this category. He is completely wrong in this instance and he is just making himself look like a c*** and actually causing people to question if something is going a bit wrong behind the scenes at the club.

The media are covering it non-stop like you say though and as a by product of that Chelsea's actual performance against Swansea hasn't been talked about. If City manage to thrash them, which I doubt, then Chelsea won't be afforded the same luxury again I'd have thought.

Looking forward to this game...I think Mourinho will tactically out play Pellegrini again.

I think City will dominate the game, but Chelsea will be clever enough to sucker punch them. 2-0 Chelsea.

Unreal from Jose. I bet Wenger and Pelligrino ring each other every night ranting about how much they hate The Special One.

Instant moment of genius from David Silva. Very surprised Aguero missed that, it is usually inevitable when he's on goal like that.

I'd have put big money on Aguero to score there.

If it's played at slow pace, Mourinho will have succeeded. To be honest, City should have enough at home to at least dictate the terms of the game, in which case it won't be quite as boring as Mourinho will like it to be. He only sits back when it works, if City manage to create a fair few chances in the first 20 odd minutes he'll move his team up the pitch a bit.
This is pretty much exactly what we're seeing I think.

Two brilliant saves from Begovic, the first one shouldn't be possible. Agüero should have scored at least one by now.

Sterling and Silva seem to compliment eachother very well.

City have battered them so far, cutting them open at will.

Aguero should have 4 goals by now. It's clear that he's my fantasy team captain.

It could easily be 4-0 to City already if not for Begovic and a couple of poor finishes.

Foreign journalists do the same thing. I blame the Liverpool old boys' club in the media.
