I don't really like him, but his record doesn't suggest he's over-rated. His subs on Saturday weren't great though.

To suggest that Jones is only "passionate" then quote that about Evans (though correct about Evans) is ludicrous

Evans and Jones are leagues apart of prick-ishness. Evans is Champions League standard. He also needs a shed load of cash to wave about and doesnt really play a great brand of football generally with it. Ive seen Evans teams vs us with Crawley, Rotherham & Also Leeds in a neutral match and his brand is god awful. The game Saturday was the first half of football I've been moderately impressed with the style of one of his teams.

I'm not going to defend his personality, but he's a top class manager and IMO the best in the division.

Also I'm not a sensitive person like some, I don't care if the manager is a prick. I'm bothered about results.

He also did wonders keeping Rotherham in the championship with the lowest budget too.

Looks like some would be better researching his career achievements before spouting off. To date jones is barely fit to be compared to evans

Clearly Evans has more on his CV, and hes proven he can do a good job. Jones is a brand new manager so the two can only be compared now, not historically and Evans will have an edge from experience. I think there's room for characters in the game and if Jones or Evans are dicks so what. They both clearly care for their respective clubs and the fans respond.
