Sutton are flying. Why haven’t dover played, again? They have 7 games in hand on most teams

Fair result that. Both teams had chances to win it but in the same breath, both would have felt hard done by losing

Didn’t watch a stream or anything so can’t comment really, disappointed to chuck two points away late on just on the face of things, our away form really is letting us down.

They only need to play one of their 8 games in hand to go above us!

Both teams will be disappointed with the manor of goals. Yours a corner routine where our players fell asleep and pretty much gifted you a goal. Ours also a set piece, cracking header but completely free and unmarked. Don’t think either team can complain at the result overall

Keep up. Dover's players & staff are furloughed because the club has no money coming in

It's genuinely fascinating watching us play at this point. We're terrible, but identically terrible in every single game, and despite this nobody seems interested in doing anything differently, or seems to care on any level.

What's this, a Poolie boycott? That's a bit childish...... :ds:

How unlucky for you guys, if only 22 other clubs were in the same situation then it wouldn't be so bad. Oh.
& we don't have an owner who's rich to keep pumping money in :)

Any team that has scored less than 4 against us doesn’t deserve to be in this league. This is fucking pathetic - has there ever been a side less prepared for a football season anywhere?

The chairman simply has to come out and own this mess he’s created.

Ive said the club is finished so many times on here and then a month later we’ve plummeted to new depths. There are fans of teams out there who have lost their clubs and their communities etc, but yet we’re making a mockery of being a professional team here. Absolutely pathetic, the club doesn’t deserve to still be solvent.

It is hard to see what, if anything, the management team and the squad work on between matches.

Good result that, pleased with that performance, we deserved the points. If there's a criticism we should have won that by 3, rather than scrape a 1-0. Take the points any day though

Edit: today showed how badly we've missed Whelan

We drew with you 0-0 at home. Which says it all...

After first 15 minutes we were brilliant tonight. What a difference Tom Whelan makes, thought he was very good given the lay off he’s had..

Gavin Gunning has to play centre half from now on aswell, he was an absolute rock tonight and my man of the match. Maguire, Gunning and Hollis would be my preferred back 3 but I thought Kerr did well tonight too!

And the Asante and Tyson partnership looked very promising too, linking up for the goal. Great win that, perfect response to Saturday’s defeat

Oops. Notts, Notts, Notts....:dk:
We're piss poor and have been for weeks. We'll finish between 7th and 5th because we've enough good players but no higher until we change the slothful, cautious crab like centre midfield.
Kings Lynne would have scored four with a decent striker.

Very, very poor from us, apart from a brief spell when we scored twice just before HT to cancel out KL’s early goal. Came out well 2nd half and looked like we might put the game to bed, but once again we were so easy to play through and after a few chances and bits of last ditch defending Lynn’s 92nd minute equaliser from a ridiculous free-kick concession by the appalling Effiong was nothing less than they deserved.

Pretty inexcusable result against a side who look like they’ve furloughed their best striker, only had 3 fit defenders, and literally had their 50-year-old assistant manager on the bench, ffs

I know in such a fucji g pessimist, but where do the goals come from if Asante gets poached?

Doyle is more use in goal than central midfield at this point.

We’re a bit lucky that lots of teams/managers still just think ‘we’re playing Notts County’ and set up with a packed defence against us and let us have the ball. As Oxford City for an hour and a half-furloughed King’s Lynn have shown, just have some legs in midfield and press us a bit.
