Injury to our 3 first choice centre backs and Fleck being suspended.
Combination of things, bit of bad luck with injuries all defenders. Reda Johnson and Willis out for season, Aaron Martin injured for 6 weeks and Ben Turner loan cut short by injury, meaning we had full backs playing centre half and at full back young players who weren't good enough. Too much tinkering and a case of too many cooks spoil the broth, did we really need Cole and Hunt? Its limiting the chances of players like O'Brien and Lameiras who were really good early season. Loss of form by some players, Jacob Murphy is hot and cold and going through an awful spell where he can't do anything right at the moment. Teams have worked us out, teams are setting up to defend and hit us on the counter whereas early season teams were playing open against us which played right into our hands. Fleck missed last two games through suspension and his replacement is sub standard.
Don't we know it as well, he's only played 3 games I think and is making Andy Webster look like Maldini
