Just making a point that since he's come in we've scored 1 goal in 4 games when his strength is supposed to get teams playing fluid, attacking football. I also recognise he hasn't got the players at his disposal to play that way hence I said he needs to be backed in January. I think you'll also find I've posted a few times on here saying I like the way he's come across so far and have been impressed with his interviews.

Secondly, how much would you like to bet? CharltonLife is full of absolutely every bellend that has ever supported Charlton so comes as no surprise to me that you're on there.

Rovers could have been 2 up after 2 minutes, but then barely created another chance all game. A brief spell of pressure after half time but no shots of any note. Speaking to a few of their fans after the game they were saying it was possibly their worst performance in 3 years. Not fair to judge them on that really. Quite a comfortable win for Shrewsbury in the end.

After the defensive horror shows at the start of the season, Shrewsbury haven't conceded a goal in Paul Hurst's 5 home games. Don't look like scoring many, but it's a vast improvement on the end of Mellon's reign. There may well be 4 worse teams than us come the end of the season, didn't think that in October.

Yep. That's Will Puddy. He was shocking in the conference so I cannot understand why he's been brought back into the side. We need to stick with Roos (on loan from Derby) until January then bring in a new keeper that doesn't have a howler or two every f*cking game!

We won and kept a clean sheet.
A pretty uninspiring game but we actually looked fairly solid, though I suspect that was more to do with MK than us.
I was very surprised at how poor and negative MK were.
