Just seen it is £25 at Plymouth for us, is that about par for the league.

We have 4 Categories with £29 the highest and £20 the lowest for away fans.

Aye.

Not excusing it, first home game, first game with fans since March 20 and a "Derby" is why it was category B.

£23 at Rotherham today and I believe that’s the price of an adult ticket at ours

The 'norm' is £22 or £23, but we've already seen a £26 advance / £28 on the day (yes I'm pointing at you Cheltenham) and I won't be surprised to see more this season. It's taking the piss really for this level, particularly given some of the 'facilities' that are provided for away fans.

Ours, in the main, are down this season because we scrapped the tier system so instead of £26 it's £24.

But home fans in some of the membership schemes can get them for £22 or £18 as opposed to £24.

And if you're a season ticket holder and you can't attend a game, you can put yours on sale providing the game is a sell-out and get 70% of your pro-rata cost back.

I think Bolton's match day prices are lower than a few seasons ago. Depends what category the game is classed and what stand you are in. Anything from £21 to £29. I remember going against Bristol City and paying £32 and thinking it was expensive, that was when Ken Anderson was the owner though

Wouldn’t mind being a Cat D game for our visit!

We’re paying £27 at Ipswich.

You don't have to point, our fans are as appalled as anyone else about it.

Our price structure is an absolute joke this season.

Why on earth is every club charging so much!? Disgraceful.

We charge £20 for adults and £15 for young adults (18-23 year olds) which counts for away supporters too.
Yep, agreed. I’m more upset when clubs deliberately exploit the “equivalent seats in home areas” ruling whereby they can charge away fans as much for the old stand with its multiple obstructing pillars, no leg room, wooden seats and a rubbish bar area as the shiny modern stand for home fans on the opposite side of the pitch. There’s a few in L1 this season but Peterborough and Swindon were by far the worst for pulling that little stunt. Both in the £28 bracket for away fans.

You do get to look at Cleeve Hill though and there are no view obstructing pillars in the way and the view is a good one. The amount of money football fans waste on being football fans (travel, food/drink, club paraphernalia etc) and then quibble about spending £28 to visit one club in a season.

We seem to be charging £27 this season. No idea why. Pretty sure I paid £26 for Lincoln in a couple of weeks. Also you have to show a negative test or proof of double jab here. Other than that it’s normal

It's £24 for me, it'll be 2 quid less once I finally get round to joining the membership scheme

I don’t know what our away ticket prices are but I do know it’s £18 for home fans to stand and our most expensive seated ticket is £24. So I assume that’s what we charge for away fans (and if you’re lucky enough to get the South Habbin terrace then I think that’s a pretty good deal).

Fair enough, you’ve been given the seats behind the goal. Depends on our own demand as to whether we’ll offer the terrace too.

I must be showing my age as it all seems so bloody expensive.
I remember when it was just over a tenner to get into the Pirelli when we were in the conference. Now it’s £22.
Reading posts of £27 is a pisstake for third division football.
I went to watch Lichfield city vs Nuneaton in the fa cup Saturday and it was £6 to get in. Had a cracking day too, especially the banter between the two sets of fans.

£18 is a disgrace now to stand up and watch a game
its 2021 all stadia should be all seated.
Days have gone where it was a working class game and you rocked up at 3pm on a Saturday
They keep saying football is a entertainment....well treat it as such

Standing on a terrace in January with no roof on in the pissing down rain after spending 3 hours on a motorway and facing the same trip back home holds no appeal whatsoever.

I now go to my local club and watch it for free in the warmth and have a couple of beers. Walk home in 3 mins

Personally I prefer to stand on a terrace in some old school stadium close to the town/city centre with character than stand in an all seater soulless bowl that’s out of the town/city centre.

If I had to choose an away day to Accrington or Bolton for example, then I’d choose Stanley all day. That’s just me though.

Unnecessary swipe just for having a personal opinion. I can see why you get some shit off fellow posters sometimes.

I just tell it how it is
our away support will look small compared with Sunderland and Shef wed..........Broad shoulders

Now that Accrington have introduced a new covered heated stand you will no longer go

I see you’ve quoted someone I have on ignore so I assume he’s having a pop at our terrace somehow. In truth Bolton sold their soul to Reebok when they moved to their Lego bowl. I’d much rather stay at the Abbey and keep our terracing than move somewhere boring like the Reebok - if you’re honest, it’s no better than Colchester. In fact the way it’s going with safe standing being incorporated into modern stadiums at the top, I think it’s clear the likes of Bolton are out of touch with what some of their fans actually want.

You are right to a point, but there is a tipping point when you also need modern facilities and comfort. Your terrace is ok, but it needs modernising in truth. I don’t like soulless stadiums though. I’m glad we still have 3 sides standing as it gives it more or an authentic feel.

I’d agree our Habbin terrace needs modernising. And the area behind the Habbin could do with being upgraded from burger vans and awful toilets to something a bit smarter. But I’d rather we stuck with awful facilities and kept the terrace than knocked it down and built a seated stand that no one really wants just so people can have a poo in a nice toilet.

From my experience of away games (both with Cambridge and Norwich), most away fans stand in seated areas anyway which renders seated stands pretty pointless.
