My first visit to Haig Avenue. Always wanted to see a Rovers game at Southport, but hadn't expected it to be in these circumstances...be careful what you wish for.

I don't think it will be easy. The Sandgrounders gave Forest Green a run for their money at the weekend, while Southport boss Paul Carden has worked with Brabin before and may be able to use knowledge gained against him. The hosts will have ex-Rovers keeper Andy Coughlin in the nets and may also feature former loanee Ben Davies. Expecting an unchanged Rovers line up from Saturday's win. About 1.5k SWA hoping for another win to follow the one at the weekend.

I haven't seen an away win since Stockport and don't see that changing here. Hard fought draw.

Need to bounce back from an arse tearing from Grimsby by handing one out to Welling. Their away form is atrocious, our home form not much better. A win for us, but not by many.

Some interesting games tonight. Particularly down the bottom with Guiseley/Halifax and Kiddy/Torquay. Most of all Mills return to Gateshead stands out.

Regarding us we host Worcester looking for a 4th straight win. We will need to be mindful at the back though with Shaun Harrad, lee Hughes and Deon Burton making up their frontline

A nice, short, 4 or 5 hour bus ride to Barrow for us!

Howe out, doubt Hearn will be available either. Be surprised if we made any changes to the squad from the weekend.

6-0 win, Rhead will all 6 and a yellow card for taking his shirt of celebrating his 4th.

Or red card for serious foul play (ie endangering the crowd).

Nice short one for us. Our form hasn't been great, but we looked a bit better on Saturday. Let's hope it's enough to see us through tonight. Adam Dawson looked like a great signing, and he started and impressed against Chester - I'm looking forward to seeing how he does this evening.

Whatever happens, Southport at Haig Avenue won't be pushovers, and I wouldn't be overly surprised to be going home with our tails between our legs.

Macclesfield at home tonight. I can't go as it's my youngest's 5th birthday and the wife won't let me take him to evening games yet.

Last time we played Macc we went top of League 2 and looked like going up to League 1. In 3 and a bit years we're now meeting them in the National League.

I expect McLennan to come back from suspension and add some balance to the team, with Barthram moving to the right. There's almost no doubt we'll be going 3-5-2. We need to start better than we have been doing, but I don't see why we can't get another 3 points.

If we win at Barrow tonight that'll give us 16 points, which will be a more than respectable return from our opening ten games given we've faced six of the current top seven.

Can't see FGR having many problems against us tonight if they are truly made out to be title contenders. We just simply can't compete with the amount of injuries we have at the moment.

To stand any chance of getting anything from tonight's game v Grimsby we've got to play players in their proper positions. If Kay starts at right back then we'll lose. We've got a perfectly good full back called Higgins. I hope Luke George is back, but I suspect not. George Thomson needs to either start or at least be on the bench. If Hannah plays against his old club, then please Mr Burr let him have a strike partner, either Hobson or Peers. A point would be a very good result, but I think a defeat more likely. No more blunders.

I can tell you're saying that but part of you knows it's very possible you'll beat us ;)

We are always shit at Kingfield. If the local girl guides put a team out against us they'd probably win, even Hayes and Yeading beat us comfortably there ffs!

At least if we lose tonight there wont be any incidents involving a fat assistant manager trying to fight with a fan this time, plus Cheltenham wont be able to end our run.

Our current home record gives me hope, four wins from four, and our results against you at Kingfield.

I can't see us winning. Maybe we might battle for a point. But I think you'll add another win tonight.

Keep the same team and we'll win, I'm that confident in this side.

Mix it up, take away our momentum and we'll struggle.

We play Tuesday & Friday and Tranmere is arguably a more important game so I'd be gobsmacked if there's not at least some changes tonight. We all know professional footballers can't play two games in that short a time.

We absolutely must start the game well which is something we haven't done this season bar maybe one or two games. We can't afford to keep going 1/2 goals down, we won't be able to come back every time. That said, I expect a hard-fought win tonight.

Take a draw right now but would love a win, tough place to go for a midweek game, more the distance than anything.

I think this has another feel of playing really well, scoring first and drawing/losing. 2-2 draw after we go 1-0 and 2-1 up.

Hopefully we can get a win. I feel because we have been such an average/poor side in this division for a while now, supporters expectations have come down a lot. But if we are a side with top 10 aspirations we need to be getting wins away from home at tough places.

I feel strangely confident for tonight, in the way that it seems hopeless with our injuries and their form but just the way that football seems to work. Should be a good game for sure.

Yes, I see what you mean. A classic Garry Hill defying-the-odds Woking win. After all, who thought it'd be us to end Luton's 27-game unbeaten home run live on BT Sport that night. COYC.

I was at the H&Y game, along with less than 300 other people, when we were still going through a bit of a rubbish phase...definitely one to forget, or maybe remember for all the wrong reasons. The scuffle at the final whistle was more embarrassing than anything else, neither party covered themselves in any glory over that. Last season we were awful against Woking and both teams got what they deserved from the game. I am hopeful the run will continue, but on past performances at the Kingfield, I'm not overly optimistic.

Chappell starting for us...he needs to have a good game tonight or he'll struggle to get back in the team.

Our team looks a bit 'meh' tonight. 3 youth products in, which makes the midfield look a bit weak.

Farman, Wood, Waterfall, Bush, Beevers, Sparrow, Everington, Hawkridge, Simmons, Rhead, Robinson

Subs - Grant, Brown, Nolan, Stanley, Muldoon

Would have started with Stanley over Everington, but can understand why Muldoon has been dropped. Not offered a lot in the last 3/4 games by all accounts.
