Well Burchnall is definitely going for it...

Steele; Turner, Ellis, Rawlinson; Barnett, Chicksen; Doyle, Reeves, Rodrigues; Wootton, Boldewijn

Rodrigues, Enzio and Wooton all starting.
With 2 strikers on the bench.

Very defensive line up from us. Suspect it will be attack v defence for the majority of the game. I’d snap your hand off for a point after seeing our line up

Two nil up (two pens) our movement has been good today, Motors dont look particularly bothered, good chance to bump our goal difference up hopefully.

And there’s our gamely clanger right on half time. Why oh why do we have to gift a goal to the opposition every game without fail. Cracking finish but it was but on a plate for him

Stockport County.
Seen most of this so far, very cagey game. Quality finish from Madden, hopefully it's that bit of quality to open up this game and make Halifax come out a bit more. Still right in the balance this one.

Totally in control against Eastleigh but surely they've got to come and have a go second half? Given recent events I'm fully expecting them to equalise late into stoppage time.

Easiest 1-0 win for Stockport they’ll have had all season. They never got out of first gear. Very negative set up from Wild. Got what we deserved... nothing

No idea why we didn't go after them first half like we did 2nd. Far too much respect given. Back under pressure again.

3-1 win for Sutton over Aldershot. Wilson opened the scoring early on for the U’s and we looked dominant until Miller equalised for the Shots. Aldershot dominated the rest of the half however we went in 2-1 up with a header from Louis John following a pretty much perfect corner from Beautyman in the last action of the half.

In the second half we never really looked out of control and Oloafe secured the points in the last 20 minutes.

Not a spectacular performance but the results are all that matter.

Made that harder than it needed to be in the second half.

Notts County seem to lose or draw every game yet are still in touching distance of the play offs with their games in hand. I can't work in out.

And there it is, a football genius has dipped into his database of reasons why why football teams lose football matches and pronounced- we lost because:

1) we were shit
2) we were crap
3) we were shite
4) we were gash
5) all of the above. X

No credit at all to Stockport, no acknowledgement that they are just a far stronger team than we are. Nope. It was all because, WE were SHIT.

BRILLIANT! :fl:

Aldershot (and Boreham Wood, apparently )
Unfortunately correct with my prediction, but pleasantly surprised at Shots performance against a good Sutton side. In with a shout for a while, but I have to admire Sutton’s relentless harrying and style. I guess the constant “in the ear” of the ref. is part of the tactic, but it still gets up my nose, and a few cards for harassment would be good to see.
Sutton have a decent run-in, favourites for me.

4th win on the bounce, today we came up against a very very poor Barnet team, not a save to make all game for Justham. Woking and Wealdstone up next.

We're getting Devonshire'd again. 1-0 Maidenhead is the only possible scoreline in that game.

We're always weirdly good against Solihull at home, I think we'll win that.
1 out of 2 so far.
