That's very impressive ticket sales, what local league club's fans will be supporting you for the day?
When we played Daggers in 2010 there seemed to be quite a lot of West Ham fans boosting their numbers.

Regarding the game, you couldn't be playing us at a better time, we have been limping along form wise for 2 months but gaining some lucky wins along the way.

Of course if we do turn up and play like we can, we are favourites but we can get punished by pacy players. So don't write off your chances, we were favourites against Daggers and lost.

Seems to be a few Fulham and Palace buying tickets to support Sutton. Unfortunately due to our non-league heritage we have the whole 2CW thing (although it seems that seems to be an issue for the majority of clubs from League One down).

Over 14,000 sold now and we’re edging towards 15,000.

Our form since the semifinal has been lousy with one win, one draw and 3 defeats in the 5 games played since. So that’ll be interesting.

Wythenshawe Town swapping an FA Cup game to Macclesfield as their ground wasn't suitable. As their designated home game they put out a statement about crowd disorder by complaining the players only got one tray of cheese sandwiches.

Non League cracks me up sometimes!

The statement in full
Wythenshawe Town are proud of the performance of the team yesterday. There was a clear game plan and we are delighted this almost paid off.

We are disappointed that there was crowd trouble. As with any supporter issue, there is fingers pointed at the opposition to pass blame. The club would like to make it clear that we categorically will not stand for violence from our supporters.

We are proud of our fan base and thank you for your support yesterday. Social media has shown that our supporters behaved fantastically yesterday as images have circulated of our supporters engaging with young Macclesfield fans. This is what our club is about.

Of course there may be a minority that behaved out of line. We don’t condone this. We will not make a further comment on that until a full investigation has taken place.

That said, we are also disappointed with the treatment of our players. One tray of cheese sandwiches in the dressing room for hospitality. It is disappointing and something that we will also look into. This leaves a sour taste in the mouth.

We will not be derailed and we thank you all for your fantastic support!
What sort of cheese are Macclesfield serving? Sounds like maybe quark or paneer, or a particularly ripened cottage cheese if it's leaving a sour taste in the mouth.

I can't believe there weren't any afters following the final whistle...pity the coverage ended with the managers shaking hands.

This game is from a couple of years ago isn’t it? I remember it being amazing at the time.
Last season.

I was due to attend in a scouting capacity but couldn't make it at the last minute - gutted to miss out!

This feels like it should go here
There are tweets showing a video of the card doing donuts in the centre circle. It's all to do with accusations against someone linked to one of the clubs. Tweets also show the fliers that were thrown out of the car which detailed what the allegations were and who they are about.

Aye, apparently the target of the allegations is no longer associated with Dunston so they're just having their pitch wrecked which will be very costly for a non league club for no reason.

“Ring Ring”

“Hello David Hilton here”

“Hello David I’ve a tip for you, don’t put the lids back on coffee cups in the kiosks and it might save 5 or 6 seconds per person”

“Beeeeeeeeeepppppppppppppp”

“Hello David are you still there”?

Scunthorpe have posted a supporter’s bank details on the club website.

All we need now is the long card number.

Of course you would advertise you're going in the home end of an all ticket game.

Just for added tinpottedness, that's not the original 1999 away shirt...it's a copy
