@official_BRFC - Thanks all who helped with the pitch covers on. If anyone around in the next 30 minutes we would like some help removing them. Thanks

Not really tinpot that though, is it - club with not many staff asks for help with task that requires many people...

The Leicester owners have provided all home fans with Jamie Vardy masks in protest of his ban.

It is. They claim to be the third richest club in England yet can't afford to get enough groundsmen in on Boxing Day.

Please tell me that's not purely based on the fact they're both sponsored by One Call???

Gateshead announcing over the tannoy that "you can have a selfie with Carl Magnay after the match".
Not THE Carl Magnay, surely?

The Woking barriers breaking yet again. You'd think they would strengthen it considering it has happened before

Why? If the Aldershot fans - and I know it's REALLY DIFFICULT to do this - actually stayed on the terrace where they are supposed to, it wouldn't happen. No other away fans have ever had this problem.

What a picture though. All those deprived teenagers enjoying their big day out at Woking who DEFINITELY AREN'T Aldershot's rivals.

Why is the chav at the front making a 2 - 0 gesture when at no point in the game was it 2 - 0? :dk:

So you're telling me that when your team scores in the local derby and the players rush over to the supporters you just stand and clap? Unless you are sitting, then that is absolute rubbish. Of course the fans are going to come up against the fence and celebrate with the players.
A fence/barrier shouldn't collapse at a ground at all. Unless there is barbed wire or lava there, the fans will rush there.

Why have no other teams done it at our ground then? Why did we not do it at the Rec in recent seasons?

Went to Peterborough Northern Star vs. Desborough Town about a month ago. The bar lady forgot to open the bar at half time, except it turns out she doesn't usually run the bar. The normal barman was linesman at the reserves game at Desborough.

Anyone for a Chelsea vs Peterborough third round mug? :ffs:

Not letting 200 or so pikeys with Stone Island CLOBBER and surgical masks out on day release may also help.

I was at the FA Trophy semi final 2nd replay between Barrow and Enfield in the 1987-88 (i think) season. The game was played at then Conference team Stafford's ground and the same thing happened at the Barrow end when we were denied a late stonewall penalty
