York from NLN would be nice, struggling with the South as don't really know anything about any of those teams. Have been to Ebbsfleet though so not fussed about playing them again

Glad to be back with some proper clubs.
Well - you say that. You have left behind Darlington, Chester, Kidderminster, Boston and Hereford - all well supported clubs who travel relatively well. And you have replaced them with some of the new breed pet hobby clubs like borehamwood.

Add Notts County to the list. Easy game to get to with decent fans and good beer.

Darlington ground is the worst place ever to visit for a away fan.You stand on a mud bank and can not get a good a view of match anywhere.
National league has got Oldham,Scunthorpe,Torquay,Southend,Notts county,Wrexham,Chesterfield,Yeovil Town,Grimsby,Halifax and London trips for fans.

Erm, I hope it's more than could in re: us because all them parties, posing with trophies, players with medals etc may look a bit foolish otherwise.

You've also missed Dagenham and Redbridge off the confirmed list. And you can now add Notts County and Halifax to that list.

Apart from that you've done alright there...:p

They'll go nuts I imagine. Can't look past them storming the division. Very bad news for Wrexham to stay down but also bad news for the rest of the division with that one automatic spot.

That’s a disgraceful price to set. Mine for the L2 one on Saturday were a fair bit less than that. Bit of a joke that game is at West Ham anyway. Would have thought given all the teams involved in it could have tried for Villa Park or the Etihad etc.

Truly awful. Puts off all neutrals, groundhoppers, floating support that the teams have. Ridiculous. Won't even be 20k there

Grimsby lot could just copy what their big team did and storm the gates or climb over the fences.

If Oldham can play like they did against us last season I think they could do very well and be in the Play offs -- They completely battered us .

Not to say I think they'll win the league as it'll be a walkover job for Wrexham but I quite like York via the playoffs. John Askey knows what it takes at this level and took up Macc even with all their then ownership issues so at a club riding the momentum of promotion I can see it happening. At some point got to think Notts will finally get their act together as well but each time saw their team on BT they looked soft and not sure it'll be much different this time.

Ur welcome RiftHouseLad:

Won't be far away Solihull, Southend my dark horse if they can get a decent start, last year's was dreadful. I think the National League is getting stronger it's now more or less like the old League Division 4 from many years ago.

I think we have the manager for the job, play-offs are well within our grasp like every season but it's most likely a safe position this time round.

Absolutely no chance of reaching that level especially in my life time, no ground, no money and we would need substantial backing from investors who are fully committed in running the club. It'll be a long time I'm afraid to say. I feel sorry for all the 'young uns' that have never witnessed a Darlo/Poolie local derby.

I will always have my memories of Feethams and Victoria Park back in the 80s and 90s! Great games!
