Sounds like we’re running the game and playing well then in typical fashion we let notts back into it. We won’t win now.

Been all over them, they’re petrified of Luke James, typical Pools though, big chance to make it three and we concede at the other end, gonna be a nervy second half

Guess we’ll be testing Killip plenty now...

Hartlepool by far the better team atm, deserve the lead.
Midfield overrun by poos so NA must sub either Doyle or Rose. Prob the latter.

This will be the easiest win Torquay will have all season. Spineless. Could have been a rout if it wasn’t for poor finishing. Got to learn how to play without Brown and King. Look a different team without them two

1-0. What a fucking strike from Luke Young.

It's taken that to beat this prime Lev Yashin who has been in goal for Bromley.

Equaliser from one of our form players in the 90th minute. It's our own fault.

happy to get a draw at Fylde even though they are quite a way below us

A win at last! Now we just have to wait till the 23rd for our next league game, which we will lose, to Yeovil who will grind us into the dirt whilst their fans chant racist abuse at us from the stands.

Notts 2-2 Hartlepool

Good point in the end against a decent looking Hartlepool outfit who would probably have won if they’d gone in at HT 0-2 up. With results above us going our way I’ll take that. Took us way too long to wake up though, although we could have won it in the end.

I know it gets said a lot, but this league is beyond dogshit this year.
Our side which made the playoffs in 13/14 would have absolutely pissed this league and I dread to think what that Luton or Fleetwood side would have done.

We’ll take the draw but can’t help feeling a bit disappointed. A win would’ve seen us up around the play offs instead we’re still slumming it in mid table. I think the players we have are better than that. Long way to go but we really need to stop conceding sloppY goals. Do that and we’ve half a chance.

We’d have won that if it went on for a few more minutes, but didn’t deserve to having been so dismal for an hour. Probably a fair result overall.

When we start passing it quickly and playing with some intensity we look very hard to stop, but we do have a frustrating tendency to get bogged down with the midfield two sat two deep playing five yard one-twos with the centre backs.

Hartlepool looked useful, would expect them to push for the top seven.

So disappointing to only come away with a point after we were absolutely cruising in that first half, we were always going to be up against it with only a single goal lead, I think though Notts were good for a point, much more dominant in the second half and limited us to very little, probably could've nicked all three.

It felt like an old EFL game, two teams playing mostly decent footy, cracking atmosphere in the stands as well from both sets of fans.

Dave Challinor was apparently watching today, which I imagine makes this Sweeney's final game, I hope he still has an input into first team affairs cos he's been brilliant in his caretaker role.

Wow can we get any worse under Taylor, not even in that game. Another loss means closer to the sack so every cloud.

beat Sutton 1-0, but Barrow hardly ever got into 1st gear today never mind 2nd without 3 players who were injured and another suspended. Sutton played a lot better than their league position suggested and Reid looked a threat.
Josh Granite our central defender played the last 5 minutes of injury time up front with what looked like a dislocated arm as we'd already used all 3 subs, but despite looking good in build up play Sutton were toothless in the box and we took a very good 3 points given the bottling of things by nearly everyone else near the top of the table.

It was a great listen, atmosphere and tension felt like a L1 away game.

I’d imagine Sweens will be around the first team. He’s a massive asset for us, I’d definitely be offering him assistant but maybe Challinor wants to bring in his own man.

Yes, was going to say that Sutton's problem is clearly up front - they had 10+ efforts, but almost all of them speculative strikes from outside the box.

We looked leggy but still put together some good moves, and soaked up a lot of pressure. It was pleasing to grind out a win when we'd have definitely capitulated earlier in the season. Hopefully this time off should serve us well now.

We really needed that win. Keates-ball at it's finest. Says a lot about this league that that Bromley side are top of it.

Forgot to mention we played with 10 men for the last 6 minutes after Taylor went off injured after all 3 subs had been used aswell - so we ended up with 9 plus a passenger* upfront for the last 5 mins of injury time.
Edit - apparently Granite has broken his collar bone - and played on with that injury...
