That was a hammer blow, we got battered a bit in the last 20mins or so but it wasn't as ridiculous as it sounds that 9 minutes. I was expecting 5-7 minutes, they had a few injuries. Would have felt a hell of a lot longer had that 3rd not gone in.

We were full value for the win despite that. Torquay didn't carve out too many clear cut chances despite an onslaught of late pressure. Whereas we looked dangerous all the way throught the first half.

Sousa and Efete look like a top quality right hand side for this level. Waterfall had another great game too, Torquay's main tactic seemed to be to launch the ball in and Waterfall lapped it up. Hope Danny Wright found his way out of his pocket before we got back on the coach back to GY. Towler looks calm and assured too. Proper Hursty pick that lad. No qualms about Hunt not being tough enough either, his timing alone in all he does means he can tackle players much burlier than him with relative ease and if he doesn't Coke smashes them. Looking forward to seeing Taylor's assist for the the third too as he burst forward and played a great through ball for Clifton. Fucking love a Clifton goal.

A negative would be the left hand side for sure. The jury remains out on Crookes, however he did make a couple of great headers and blocks in the box at nervy moments. We also invited way too much pressure in the second half when we seemed to have them on the ropes any time we applied attacking pressure.

The most pleasing aspects though we're probably the digging deep and the players reaction at full time. McAtee, Clifton and Coke all absolutely buzzing. McAtee is a gem, even if he's not in the game he's working his arse off and getting the fans up for it when the ball goes out.

Only going off the highlights, but they made it difficult for us at home. I could see them being an acca buster this season. Think they'll make the good teams work for any points and beat those around them. Dark horses, perhaps?

LOL what is your criteria for pulling that list together? You've got some dross and some class. Burnett, in particular, would go straight in as the best player of all time ever for Scunny had he had to stoop as low as pulling on your shirt. Handyside and Donovan both absolute bangers too, not even up for debate.
Better than Peter Beagrie and Kevin Keegan then was he? They were all rubbish. Add Reddy, Newey, Toner and Smith to that list

How is your Missus reacting to you wasting your time posting on here while you’re sat having a meal with her?

If I’d took my Missus out for a meal I wouldn’t be wasting my time trolling on a football forum at the same time.

Very peculiar.

Oh and another score you’ve made up as we’ve never lost to Alfreton either.

I'll give you Keegan (despite his record for Scunny being sub par), but yeah Burnett was a better player than Beagrie. They've both played for us, so you can't discount that unfortunately.

Doesn't matter about the STDs on the seats either, because she's already got them all.

She obviously just fucked off to get tested leaving him to post shite on a football forum.

After the fixture change fiasco followed by the non existent ‘push of Edgeley Park’ it’s good to see other clubs punishing Stockport for WHAT THEY DID!!! (x2)
If that's not worth a points deduction from the Brotherhood Table, I don't know what is

Haha nah tbf I have had some good nights there. I don't mind a Spoons. Wouldn't mind it if you dialled it back a bit though, if this is you pre-cocaine. Endless random lists of our ex-players aren't much fun for everyone else. The Wrexham and Stockport fans will be along soon to tell you off.

In your defence, you won't find any Town fans defending that list with much vigour. That's a fairly good shit list there.

Disappointing draw for us, but sometimes it’s right to give praise to the opposition rather than hammering your own team, and I thought Weymouth were really good. Probably the best team we’ve played so far on the day, they look much better than they did last year.

We still created the better chances and will feel we should’ve won, mind. Puts the pressure on to win these two home games coming up, but if we do that’s not a terrible point at all.
Thanks. Would have been interesting to see how the game would have panned out had our main man Josh Mc Quoid been fit - but he's made of glass, and if he wasn't, would still be playing at a higher level. It highlights the problems we're going to face once the inevitable injuries and suspensions kick in. Oh, well, glad of a point today, and on to league leaders Daggers away on Tuesday.

Mussa in midfield was superb for you. Got a bit of luck with a big deflection for the equaliser, but you did enough to deserve it.

Something about not wanting some of his players.

I assume most on here are aware that Waters is knee high to a grasshopper? He scored a header from a corner today. That should not happen
Ignore this clown.
1. It wasn't a corner, it was open play.
2. He's average height.

This guy knows NOTHING. :fl:
