Dunno why Errea are pissing around with the collars this year, same with our home kit and Grimsby's.

I'd say that Bristol Rovers home kit is very nice, and the away one is pretty grim. Seems to be the opposite to what most Rovers fans are saying strangely.

I like them, good to have a different type of home kit also.

10% of the away shirt sales go to breast cancer, well done to the club with this!
You're 10 years behind the times, Cobblers. Rovers did this back in 2005/2006 and donated £4 of every shirt sold to a local breast cancer charity. I think we officially wore the kit once in a pre-season friendly. I want to say it was against Plymouth but I am not 100% sure.

It was done as an April Fools joke originally, but fans loved it and petitioned for the club to produce the shirt for real. When we did, orders flooded in and we raised a really healthy amount for charity. We don't get many (if any) things right commercially or from a marketing point of view, but this was a huge success. Rovers have always been pretty unique in terms of kit designs, and this is a perfect example of that.

Credit to Northampton, it's for a good cause and will undoubtedly be appreciated by charity. I think it's a smart looking kit, although not as nice as your home strip.

We are celebrating the 30th anniversary of our biggest success to date (our league cup win of 1986).
Our new kit is a replica of the 1986 kit - albeit the sponsors name is now different.

Like that kit a lot, is it your official home kit or just for fans to buy sort of thing? Don't know why more teams haven't gone down the retro route, especially given that in the past few years they've been the "in thing" and the older fans will love it as well. 90% of the kits brought out by lower league clubs are shite and no one likes them anyway.

Not noticed many, haven't paid that much attention though in past few seasons just what I can remember seeing on here and when sides play us.

Finally got out of the Nike/Just sport deal, so don't have to have one of their not very good template designs. Not exactly sure who has made this, but it is a bespoke design.

Also, thankfully, we have reverted to just our ox head badge!

Orient to have their kit launch tomorrow as well. McCallum will be modelling the home kit, Jay Simpson the away kit and Dean Cox the kids' kit.

Lovely shirt that, even if the sponsor looks like a temporary one you'd have in a one off game.

Not keen on that blue kit (presume it's 3rd kit), the home shirt is alright, but the white one is very nice. Simple and effective.

Tartan kit is fucking superb, I shall buy one but never wear it, just sit and look at it.

Other 2 are nice as well. Collectively, probably the nicest kits we've had in my time as a Notts fan.

Thought I'd review all of the home kits released so far, with the help of historical football kits
accrington_stanley_2_2015-2016-1st.gif
Accrington Stanley - looks like Cheltenham, not interesting, not traditional... crap
barnet-2015-2016-1st.gif
Barnet - interesting to see them go with a more bee-like design. Placement and colour of the sponsor bugs me though if you'll excuse the put.
bristol_rovers_2015-2016-1st.gif
Bristol Rovers - not bad, another simple one, having 'GAS' written on the socks in tinpot lettering is kinda silly though
cambridge_united_2015-2016.gif
Cambridge United - this could be one of those that grows on you, looks very 80's, not unique in this division though
Carlisle_United_2015-2016-1st.gif
Carlisle United - anything i say about this will come across as bias, nice to see us not falling back to plain blue kit.
crawley-town-2015-2016-1st.gif
Crawley Town - same design as Cambridge, worse colour scheme though
Dagenham_Redbridge_2015-2016-1st.gif
Dagenham & Redbridge - awful, just awful. I wanted to like it at first but it hurts my eyes too much.
exeter_city_2014-2015-1st.gif
Exeter City - unchanged, suppose they must be commended for that. Can't think what more I can say.
hartlepool_united_2015-2016-1st.gif
Hartlepool United - Monkey Hangers are Go! Just fucking ridiculous, I assumed it was a replica of a historic kit but no, not even unique in this division. Graphic doesn't show the hat which will form part of the kit.
Leyton Orient - kit doesn't appear on historic kits yet. It's pretty basic but I like the collar, gives it a East-End mod look.
Luton Town - not out yet. Will they stick with orange or revert to white?
Mansfield_Town_2015-2016-1st.gif
Mansfield Town - this one is just 'bleh', looks Sunday League.
morecambe-2015-2016-1st.gif
Morecambe - looks Bournemouth inspired, but is actually historic, sponsor kind of fits, apart from the fussy socks and massive shoulder logos you get with Carbini, it's a decent kit.
Newport County - kit not on historicalkits yet despite being out for a while, it's nice enough, not overly remarkable but just enough detail on the shoulders not to be boring.
northampton_town_2015-2016-1st.gif
Northampton Town - quite like the faded stripes, overall this is a nice kit, and a nice sponsor.
Notts County - only just out and not yet on historicalkits. I like the gold trim and Cabrini have even made their massive logo striped to make it fit the design better.
oxford_united_2015-2016-1st.gif
Oxford United - Oxford have invented the concept of wearing a retro kit this season. Though it's certainly nice, I'm not sure about the massive ox-heads on the socks.
plymouth_argyle_2015-2016-1st.gif
Plymouth Argyle - sticking with the white stripes which look a bit un-Plymouth to me but it's quite a nice kit
portsmouth_2015-2016-1st.gif
Portsmouth - as simple kits go this is one of the best. Somehow manages to do everything, even the collar in the most Pompeyish way possible.
stevenage-borough-2015-2016-1st.gif
Stevenage - has different colours of trim either side of the top and shorts to help players and fans with putting them on the right way round. Very fussy looking, horrible kit.
afc-wimbledon-2014-2015.gif
Wimbledon - unchanged from last year, not a bad kit though. Slimming stripes so I can see why they kept it.
wycombe_wanderers_2014-2015-1st.gif
Wycombe Wanderers - unchanged from last year. nice three-tone quarters.
yeovil_town_2015-2016-1st.gif
Yeovil Town - looks like a twister ice-lolly. Also the white hoops being wider than the green is stupid, and apparently the hoops don't go all the way around.
york_city_2015-2016-1st.gif
York City - a bit too similar to Dagenham's from last season, niceness of the sash spoiled only by Hartlepool's ridiculous use of the same design.
