I would love to know what the average away crowd at Stadium:MK would be if we went up. It was 1,500ish last season in League One and this season, 1,096 currently.

With it being a new ground for many and with more local games, it would probably be about 2,000! #boycott

No one would fùcking like you still. The big clubs in this league, Wednesday, Norwich, Leeds and Wolves have already played there too....

You, Leeds, Wolves and Norwich would still bring 1,500-2,000 here at least though like I said.

It is odd that MK gets more away fans on average than other L1 clubs, considering there are places like Coventry and Notts County in the midlands with big allocations too. Must be purely down to location and transport links because as an away day it's completely nondescript.

I guess you could say we are in the Midlands too tbf, South Midlands anyway like Northampton which is 15 minutes up the road.

Anyway, I think it is simply because we have better ticket pricing than most clubs and it is easy to get to from all directions. Also, those people who like modern stadia seem to really like our ground as it is a bit different to Leicester, Southampton etc.

Yeah, good links to London and the midlands, direct train from Manchester too so that has to be the main factor you would think. Wolves, Coventry and Bristol City have all taken massive followings there in recent seasons. Seems like the ground of choice for a 'bandwagon' day.

Have to say, I usually really dislike these 'bowl' grounds but I didn't mind Stadium:MK for some reason although that was probably helped by good weather and a big 3pts.

Yeh, I sat next to a guy who was moaning because we didn't have Steven Fletcher or Matt Jarvis in the starting XI that day ... Says a lot about the level of bandwagon fans that came along...
