Yes, they host Arsenal reserves and ladies. But they still have Arsenal FC on their doorsteps (And Tottenham, Watford and Barnet ), which will be a problem when trying to get people through the gate. And Wood have (and have had for a long enough time) strong sponsership networks, and work well with local colleges.
