What is Prenton Park's capacity? Sincil Bank is around 10000 but with segregation more like 9500.
It was 16,789 when it was first built, but I think it's dropped by a few hundred for various reasons such as the new disabled platform.

That's what you get when you allow Tin Potters into real football. Crawley took 3 to Port Vale 2 years ago. Pointless, absolutely pointless. :dk:

Think the lowest we took in a league game was about 30 to Chester in midweek.... though we did apparently have nine at Brighton in the LDV trophy once! Lowest I've been a part of was 28 at Alty when we lost 7-1 there 3 years ago in midweek. Good times.....

It's a nothing game for us. It was your cup final.

We seem to have a lot of cup finals according your lot.

It's a local derby regardless, with your home crowds that's a wank following.

Yeah its rubbish isn't it? 1200. Shit for conference north let alone any higher. We may as well pack up and fold the club now.

In terms of away support I call it as I see it, forgetting any bias. I genuinely think that's quite poor for you lot at Tranmere to be honest.

350 or so Boston at Harrogate.... bit of a shambles getting in to be honest. 1 turnstile, queuing until 5 past 3 with others a good 5-10 minutes later still, then they decided to hastily enforce segregation so we had the terrace down the side. Bearing in mind this cold be the playoff final, hope they learn from it for their other big games

1) We just lost two games that all but ended our season. If we were still realistically hopeful of a play off space we might have sold the full 2k
2) Unlike Chester we've played Tranmere a few times in living memory so it's less of a novelty.
3) it's twice the distance from Wrexham to Tranmere as it is from Chester, and a significant amount of our fans come from NW or mid Wales. It's not a 10 minute jaunt up the road.

We possibly should have taken more but at this level any away attendance over 1000 you can't really call 'poor'.

I can imagine the gleeful posts on Divvy chat "I see the goats only took 1200 to the bindippers. Tick tock"

Given your home support, it's pretty underwhelming regardless of any of that.

Read your post back and look at how much you've brought us in to it, again. Let's compare ourselves to Chester, happens all the time. It was hardly as if I was dancing about bleating on that we took more.

That's the inference.

My central point is that 1200+ isnt poor at Conference national. Our average away attendance is something like 9% of our home attendance, 400 something. So to take 3 times that isn't 'poor'.

We could have not played Tranmere yet and I'd have still thought exactly the same.

I don't know, maybe poor is a bit strong, I just thought you would take a few more to be honest, but there you go.

Nothing much been said about our following at Dover yesterday. They just announced the total crowd at the game but estimate would be about 350.

63 Woking fans at Forest Green. Another good following considering we have nothing to play and hadn't won in three months. Really glad I made the effort to go. Nothing like winning in the last minute away from home.

You will see the same posts on that tragic 'Jester' thread on RP whenever we get a sub 2k gate.

Only picture i can find from yesterday, hard to tell from this angle but your guess looks about right i reckon, seems packed on the left as you look at it.
