Non voters highlight need for electoral reform

With over 75% of those eligible in the UK to vote not voting for this Tory government, electoral reform is the phrase on everyone's lips. Will it happen?

How many of those 75% were people who didn't bother voting at all?

Incidentally, I read that article about San Diego students before I read the electoral reform one.

We had a referendum on it, the non voters probably didn't bother to go and vote though.

That's right - they lost the referendum and threw their toys out their pram, then refused to participate just because they lost.
