He boke/fractured his cheekbone twice and lost his front teeth tbf. But yes, not exactly pleasant to look at.

I feel bad now. Was it the shovel or the running over that did the damage?

You can't imagine Ronaldo going out to play if he had his teeth smashed in in a previous game; he'd probably rather not play. Its not as common a thing to happen these days though tbf, I think the last big name player for it to happen to was Peter Crouch?

Piss off. His work rate was invaluable for that Arsenal team. And no I don't rate him just because he's a swede, see Zlatan for example whom I've never rated.

Thinking Ljungberg is better than Ibrahimovic is a prison-able offence, surely?

It's a bit of a running joke mate, Zlatan is the best Swedish football player in history of course. Ljungberg isn't overrated though.

Anyway we don't like to imprison people in Sweden if we can avoid it which I'm sure would be the case if I were to be found guilty.

Harry Redknapp named this player earlier this year as probably one of the most talented players he ever coached who didn't make it. I'd tend to agree. Adrian Randall. Supremely talented midfielder. Vastly underrated. It seemed like he had the ball glued to his feet. He'd run with the ball and he could just glide past players as though they weren't there. Could easily have gone on to play at the very top. He had speed, skill, grace, strength. He just tended to try to do everything on his own and usually did. He'd be frustrating in that he'd beat a man and then go back and beat him again, just because he could. By which time, the opportunity was gone. I guess his heart wasn't in it in the end and he literally just gave it all up. A real waste of talent as he really was special. He's a postman these days down in Ifracombe.

I remember him, the old defunct Aldershot sold him to Burnley in a vain attempt to keep themselves going.

Sterling and De Bruyne are the most overrated players in modern football, and now I can admit that also Pogba is a bit overrated.
