Magic.

Lovely ball from Di Maria.

Not great from Courtois.

Can't complain at half-time. Chelsea are much more organised at the back thanks in part to Mikel who is protecting the back four very well.
We shouldn't concede a goal on a corner though. Simple as. We didn't particularly deserve to go ahead though.

Fear not though. We've got Cavani!
BOOM.

Chelsea seemed to switch off at the back, caught ball watching, superb run and finish from Cavani.

More Ligue 1 success over English teams.

Was a good game. More opened than I expected but a good result of Paris.
Shame the next leg isn't until another 3 weeks

Must say I saw a glimpse of the Chelsea side that won the whole thing back in 2012. They were superb defensively. I seriously doubted we could score but Cavani came up with the goods. Confident of progress now even though it's not over.

I think both teams will score at the Bridge. First time I've seen PSG this season, and they do look very good.

First in Ligue 1 (by 24 points) vs twelfth in the Premier League - let's not get carried away mate!

PSG was superior and would have a good amount scored if it wasn't Courtois in a very good day.

Chelsea were pretty bad in the 2nd half. Can probably count themselves lucky to only lose by a goal for the 2nd half was all PSG. Baba Rahman looked quite all right, they should probably play him more. Chelsea's depth is laughable, though. Mourinho's legacy. Always plays the same eleven guys, so the rest get fed up and bugger off. A bench of Begovic, Oscar, Kenedy, Traore, Loftus-Cheek, Remy and some never-heard Miazga guy is ridiculous for Chelsea.

But better for the game. Benches full of established top players is shit.

By the way it's not a success unless PSG go through. They lose the 2nd leg 1-0 and they're out, so it's not 'more success' yet.

Though I reckon they'll get a draw.

Yes, but there's quite the sizable slice of middle-ground between a bench full of top players and that Chelsea bench.

Chelsea fans on the front row and sides of one of their blocks were threatened with pepper spray for standing up to celebrate their goal last night. I wonder if this will be a running theme in the Euros?

This one is nicely poised. I don't particularly mind who goes through - hopefully Zlatan delivers the magic and Costa delivers the theatre.

I was thinking Verratti's absence could hurt PSG and potentially be a deciding factor.

Then Rabiot goes and scores.

Excellent from Pedro winning the ball to start it off.
