Felt like dumping my head in a toilet when I found out we'd signed him.

He genuinely wins everything in the air though, perfect foil for Hannah.

I'm glad he's finally playing properly and that we won't suffer from him doing well. You'd think a man of his size could win possession quite well but when playing for us it was as if he had a pathological fear of dirt. One of the least physical players we've had. The very rare times he scored showed some talent was there, though.

Made the trip to Blundell Park yesterday and was buzzed to come away with a draw. I had a few Grimsby fans saying to me that they wanted to lose. But this means Omar Bogle will return to the Famous Damson Park

We beat Hemel Hempstead 7-4 in one the most bizarre and amazing games I've ever seen.

We raced into a 3-0 lead after 20 minutes taking full advantage of a strong wind behind us. Hemel then scored after just 20 seconds of the second half which seemed to put us in a panic at the back and with the strong wind now behind them, Hemel took full advantage and put themselves 4-3 up and at that point Hemel looked in total control. Slabber then missed a sitter to put them 5-3 up and we went up the other end to make it 4-4. We then scored another 3 goals in the last 10 minutes to make it 7-4, Hemel did hit the bar with an incredible shot which would have made it 6-5 which would have made it a nervy ending.

Our lads deserved plenty of credit for showing character after blowing a 3-0 lead and coming back to win, especially with the fact we were playing against a very strong wind in 2nd half. Doubt I'll ever see a game like that again.
