We must have some kind of curse on us, another 3 players off injured just as we were looking close to having a full squad for the first time in 18 months

How many do you have out in total? We have 10 first team squad players currently out injured. 3 of them with 9 month ACL injuries.

Not a great game at Grimsby. Seemed windy! We’ll take a scrappy point away after prior games at Doncaster and Crewe. Could have easily lost it with some shocking bits of play but Rose did fantastically 1 v 1 twice.

Didn't watch today, but sounded like the usual problem of having no goal scorer. Will cost us plenty of points this season unfortunately.

Well, that 3-0 was needed. Very comfortable but it’s difficult to know how good because Dale were woeful - they’re in major league trouble if they keep playing like that.

Just have to back that up with a result at Stockport next.

that was the most un-crewe like performance from them. I think I mean that as a compliment. But you don't get to complain if with all the time wasting, the ref adds another 40 seconds on to added time ....and we score direct from a corner!

We’ve basically had 7 first team players out for 18 months, this last week we got down to 4 with 2 only s fortnight away, after today we might be back to 7. You have my sympathy if you have that many injured, just sick of avoiding black cats and ladders

Rinsed Harrogate 1-0. Up to third, getting dizzy.

Think you’ve got a great chance this season. Sorry if that’s stating the obvious. Best side we’ve played this season and our only win!!

I thought Stockport were supposed to be the L2 title favourites this season and they're doing shit so far.
Seems quite a ridiculous prediction from so called pundits considering they only came up from the non league last season!

Absolutely deserved. 63% possession, 14 shots to their 6. Spent the second half time wasting, fucking have that

Yeah the perfect side to play today. Their heads went down badly at 2-0 and we should have won by more. Defensively we have too many lapses but some very positive showings. Gladwin, Darcy (albeit playing out of position) Clayton, Reed, Khan (in flashes) and in particular Wakeling were very good. Harry was up and down but got his goal and tormented them in the end.

Wakeling is going to be a fans favourite isn't he? Goal, assist and bags and bags of energy and effort. Enjoyed today but we'll aware Rochdale were not good at all. Stockport away we should be full of confidence.

A hard fought 2-1 victory and we didn’t need the last few minutes to score. Salford are well organised and probably the best team we’ve played so far but our slow starting caused more problems than they did in the first half and 3 of our back 4 going off gave them more opportunities than they would have in the second

Think that's us safe. Harrogate looked weaker than in previous seasons, but didn't come close to scoring - barely an attack from them.

Some of the signings that Wild has made look like real finds, and I just hope we can hang on to them all.

Exactly they didn’t get into our half after half time. Spent it on the floor and the ref obliged giving them free kicks. To be fair to the ref who was awful, he allowed for the time wasting and let us take the corner which Hoskins scored from

I’d be interested to know if any Wimbledon fans have seen a victory as easy that. I’d like to say we were dreadful but that would indicate we had a team on the pitch. To turn up against AFC and produce whatever that was is inexcusable. Big big problems.

Streamed it, thought Mansfield looked far and away the best team we've played so far tbh. Just went up a gear when we scored.

We'll be alright but we won't finish above them, pretty certain of that.

Well done for knocking the Class of 92 FC off their lofty perch.

How are the Crypto geeks reacting to your poor start? Are they going to throw you a load of money to spend before the window closes, or are they frauds?

We're in big trouble and despite wanting to wait for 10 games to pass, I don't think Hartley has it in him.
Yep I've sacked that off as well. You couldn't ask for a worse fixture to come next as well.

Deserved win today versus Carlisle. Another nervy ending with the game still in the balance at 2-1 but in reality we managed the end of the game pretty well.

First half was all one way traffic, Read hit the post, Rose and Norris spurned good opportunities as well as the two goals. Kane Smith with the first, looked like it might have had a deflection or two, left the goalkeeper totally flat footed. Clark's goal was all about Smith, lovely little dink over the onrushing defender before putting in a great cross for Clark to finish at the back post.

Only disappointment from the first half was going in at 2-1. Decently worked goal by Carlisle, the ball was played into their number 10, who weighted his pass into the space behind our defence for Gibson to run on to, he lifted a lovely cross to the back post for Dennis to nod in at point blank range. Probably should have been defended better but nonetheless put Carlisle back in the game.

Second half we had some more chances, Norris, Reid and Smith guilty of wasting some decent openings. Carlisle themselves offered more of threat in the second period but nothing that particularly troubled our keeper. The last 10 or so minutes were nervy viewing, not that we were clinging on but only one goal in it, would only take one error or moment of magic and we'd have thrown it away.

A lot to feel positive about, only negative is Danny Rose going off injured, hopefully it's not too bad though.

Was hard what to make of stockport.

They’ve obviously got some ability about them and the likes of madden and the sarcovic (spl) are quality players, it just seems they’re a bit off the pace and almost expecting to turn up and win.

For mansfield despite the win that was a very average performance, almost like the audacity of stockport scoring kicked them into gear.

We missed quinn/boateng in midfield and clearly were going to struggle physically uptop without oates which needs addressing as a matter of priority.

Like most last season, few come away with anything when they visit mansfield.

Did we go to different games today? Thought we played very well considering we’ve lost Oates.

Not sure I’d swap Boateng or Quinn for any of the midfielders today.

I had expected more from Stockport going forward, they seemed fairly solid but just didn’t create much.

Thats a relief- first win of the season or, a more postive spin - unbeaten in 4!

Hopeful Stockport will leave everything out there V Leicester while we enjoy a week off.

A repeat of last season and we could be on the lookout for another gaffer already!
Honestly can't see him given long, didn't Hartley himself say it was time to worry after 5 games? Well I most certainly am wonder if he is?

Unfortunately whoever we get next will be stuck with some of this crap on the books for 2 years.

There's so much wrong we could be talking about it all night

Rovers sounded like they were a bit unfortunate to be going in behind at Newport. Second half was a different story, strange substitutions from Micky, no chances worthy of the name, were it not for a good save from Doohan and Bogel losing his shooting boots, could have ended up a lot worse scoreline.
