Here's how it's all going to go down:

Exeter 3 - 1 Scunthorpe. The Grecians go 2 up early doors only for scunny to pull one back with 3 Exeter players receiving treatment as the ball goes in. Ref gives the home side a late penalty to make up for it.

Barrow 2 - 5 Walsall. Barrow go 2 up only to concede 5 in injury time (2 minutes added on).

Bradford 1 - 1 Newport. I legitimately couldn't thing of a single interesting thing to say about this game.

Cambridge 6 - 0 Bolton. Bolton are only able to field 2 players due to unprecedented injury levels. Mullin scores 5 whilst brandishing a tiny violin.

Cheltenham 2 - 0 Mansfield. Despite littering the playing surface with greased £20 notes and £2 coins, Mansfield are soundly beaten by a brutally effective Cheltenham outfit.

Colchester 2 - 1 Harrogate. Harrogate go one up with some stylish attacking play only to take their foot off the pedal, dunno why but I think Colchester might actually be quite good this year.

Grimsby 1 - 1 Carlise. Carlisle score in the dying minutes thanks to their 58 man squad.

Morecambe 2 - 0 Forest Green. Heading into half time 0-0, but thanks to Ebou Adams flinging himself to the ground every time the ball goes near him the ref adds on 18 minutes, Morecambe score twice during this period. Adams breaks both his legs trying out a new, experimental method of simulation in the second half and is red carded on the stretcher.

Oldham 0 - 1 Port Vale. Vale take a very, very unconvincing 3 points with a scrappy tap in following a controversial corner decision in the 87th minute. The forum topics next week include 'Vale '20 vs The Class of '92, how badly would United lose?', '18 more reasons why Cambridge were lucky to beat Vale last week', and 'The conclusive story of how Robbie Williams made Take That Stoke's favourite band'.

$alford 1 - 2 Crawley. At least I hope so. Scholes' half time team talk is so lacking in charisma that it actually demotivates the home team to capitulate in the second half.

Stevenage 1 - 2 Leyton Orient. Perennial overachievers Stevenage find themselves 1 up and their staff jubilantly invade the pitch following a 13th minute own goal, sparking scenes of wild debauchery not seen since Bolton drew against Barrow the other week. Orient miss 18 guilt-edge chances before sealing the win.

Tranmere 0 - 0 Southend. Ref calls the game off at halftime, citing 'professional embarrassment' as the reason. States, with conviction, that Bon Accord would have either team 8 - 0 is his post match interview.

Exeter did win 3 1.... So far I'm 100% correct... Poor Bolton...

Deserved lead! Should be 3 or 4 already! Need to keep it up!

We've missed a bunch of chances against Walsall - got a feeling we'll be made to regret that.

I've also decided that Harrison Biggins is the worst player in professional football.

We’re second best so far. We don’t look like we have the same energy levels as recent weeks.

By far our most dominant performance so far this season. Absolutely horrible conditions to be playing in. The only concern so far is if we don't get the second goal we would really deserve then it might come back to bite us.

2-0 stunning goal by Mitch. Oldham may be asking questions of their defence just letting him cut in like that.

We’ve came into it a bit more last 20, but haven’t really threatened goal.

Superb first half and could be 5 or 6 we’ve had chance after chance, we’ve been excellent although helped by Oldham who defensively have been so poor giving us space, stunning second goal, played some great stuff on a slick pitch.

Big second half needed to see this one through.

Was it bollocks a penalty.
If Windsor goes down its 100% a pen, your guy pulls him back by his arm!

Anyway, not a great game of footie but we’re winning, shite conditions and a shite ref.

Great first half from Vale, need to be ruthless now and get some more goals if we can.

Oldhams leftback will be having many sleepless nights after the way Amoo has pretty much owned him in their battle.

Best half we have played shading it, our midfield running the show with tutte, crawford and sarcevic all decent
Still see a big error from Baptiste the second half.

Poor half from us in difficult conditions, digby’s worst game so far, few pints last night taking its toll!!

ref is also pretty wank!

Don’t think we’ll be be that bad all game, just hope we can nick it.

1-1 at half-time with Walsall. We were comfortable until the stoppage time board went up and the defence went to sleep. I expect Walsall will improve after the break because they've not done much so far.

Southend have camped in Tranmere’s half for large periods of this game.
One moment of quality from us is all that separates the team’s. Were just not set up right.

Difference Amoo makes but we’ve set up more attacking as well and taken them apart first half. Always a risk at the back but hopefully we can get at least another.

Not a great game so far Cambridge v Bolton, way below our standard in recent games. Not much happened, all a bit stop start. We need to up the pace as we've wanted too many touches. I'd probably bring Ironside on and get Mullin some support.

No he didn't
They’ll be influenced by the Grimsby commentators who said it was a clear arm pull penalty and straight red for no attempt to play the ball.

One of many pieces of questionably Analysis during the half of commentary.

They both had each other’s arms, there was contact from both but not a pull. You’d be rightly furious if a ref gave a penalty against you for that.

Yeah I was listening to the Grimsby commentators at that time and was a little confused seeing as none of the Grimsby players appealed yet the commentators immediately chalked it up as a great injustice. Didn't look like a pull, just looked like the Grimsby player lost the ball trying to go the long way round Aaron Hayden.

Have a feeling I'll be looking out for Oldham, Scunthorpe and Southend's results all season.

Even at Salford v Crawley. Shots from outside the box and neither keeper troubled.

It is chucking it down in Salford. The commentary is set off by the rain crashing in the corrugated roof.

But too long looking at a balding middle aged man. Is the cameraman a perv?

Rovers score with a Clarke header, just after Mike Jackson makes two subs on the half hour mark. As Rovers legend Dave Higgins points out on commentary that we’re giving Southend too much time on the ball. Visitors unlucky to be going in behind.
