Not sure what to make of Crawley this season?. Some weeks they seem to win really convincingly and others lose heavily. Hopefully we get the “lose heavily” version. I actually expect an open game with us as narrow winners. My stress levels cannot cope with a loss with the table as open as it is
We have lots of tippy tappy players. Pressure them and they tend to fall apart. Play tippy tappy too and we stand a chance.

Our defenders are up for it but the amount of times opposition players wander past our midfield is truly amazing.

Bowman missing for you will help us a lot.

We've lost our last 7 games at Scunthorpe - I'll take a point tomorrow.

Bolton won the title in September according to some and Carlisle won it in December according to others so there is only one place left in the top 3 for the rest of us. Very tight.
Sorry the top 3 is all taken up, don't forget that Port Vale pissed the league and won the title in August before the season had even kicked off.

Stevenage at home for us on the snooker table of a pitch that we got! usually a close game either 0-0 or 1-0 either way, can't see todays game being any different.

Be a good indicator of how serious our challenge is after Wednesday and with some key players missing. If we can still get a result I'll feel a lot more confident about us staying at the top end for the remainder.

FGR and Newport need to do the Relegation Mini-League a favour today.

Likely completely misplaced but think we can get something today against Cambridge. Vale finally seem to have tightened up at the back a bit more so hopefully that continues even if the attacking threat has been lacking.

I’m assuming he plays as think Cambridge rotate him in and out but need to get physical with Hoolahan and get someone to go in hard early and often. He was given the freedom of the pitch last time we played them and the quality he had was the difference.

It’s one of those games at home in recent years that we’ve gone a put a big performance in even when we’ve been awful you think back to hammering Luton 4-0 and beating Mansfield 2-1 and obviously last season we beat Swindon, Plymouth and Exeter and this Cheltenham, Salford and dominated FGR so if we play as we can in these games we are more than capable...

BUT... take Mullin, Hoolahan and say Boateng out their side Cambridge would struggle a bit... today we are without Joyce, Pope and Worrall so isn’t going to be easy.

Can take heart from the defensive solidity the past couple of games though, bar the last 10 minutes or so at Orient we have looked very solid, has come at the cost of going forward but if we can tweak that today...

I don’t want us to park the bus and invite pressure though. Need to high press and get after them otherwise it’s just inviting them onto us and Mullin in the form of his life is bound to take one.

I’d be disappointed if we lose today, as I would any league game at home, it’s league two for Christ sake but let’s see if Clarke calling them out Tuesday has the desired effect.

That said have is it down to Clarke the defending has improved or the absence of Mills!

We seem to be playing a 3-4-3 system.

Actually quite a big game for us today considering we are historically bad in March, need to be as far away from the relegation spots as we won't pick up many points in March.

They must be the first team to win the title and get relegated.

Grimsby to win, Southend and Barrow will lose

What is the situation now with Mark Wright? Hasn’t been seen since his debut league game has he?

Dull first half. Could do with getting Randall and Willmott on.

Ref feels he is the most important man at Crawley. Both bookings were harsh and someone needs to stick that whistle up his jacksy.

Agreed very dull but don't bring on good players.

We've decided to drop Abo Eisa in favour of Van Veen, I would rather they both play with Eisa back on the wing but Cox thinks differently.

Hope Van Veen is in one of his positive moods today and he doesn't just saunter around the pitch all game

Strong team v Barrow today 2 changes Lee and Sarcevic replace Delfounso and Barrow born Thomason who both drop to the bench
No place in the 18 for the likes of Maddison,Brockbank, Delaney or Comley

We've gone with an unchanged squad for today's defeat to Oldham. A bit surprised seeing as how we will need to rotate a bit as the season goes on, but I suppose we're still fairly fresh from our winter break.

Red for Parks of Exeter.

Looked harsh to me but not to Francomb who lost his rag a bit.

We've played over 90 minutes against ten men without scoring.
