The rule was suggested because people were discussing answers before the deadline. People stopped discussing answers before deadline thus rendering the rule pointless.

Might have made more sense to just ask people not to discuss answers and see how that went before introducing a rule.

Tbf this did happen earlier on this season but people proved completely incapable of doing so.

It's pointless keeping the rule now, just have to reiterate to people stop discussing your answers beforehand, in here or in the box. It is a form of cheating, and how pathetic do you have to be to cheat in a forum game FFS
