It's not Rogue One, he was supposed to direct the second one.

The first one will be directed by Gareth Edwards. Does sound interesting to me to be honest but i think we might have far too many Star Wars movies in the next few years; Episode 7 in 15, Rogue 1 in 16, Episode 8 in 17.

Watching the Phanton Menace yesterday and I was amazed by the quality of the CGI and Greenscreen stuff. It was just awful. This is, what, five years after Jurassic Park, and some of the backgrounds and GC additions looked like they were done in crayon or something. The lighting was all off and jarring.

The prequels look horrible, way too digitlized. JJ vowed not to make the same mistake.
