Well Keith Curle is no stranger to crowdfunding.Think its time to start a go fund me for our almost sweaty sock mates uo there.
That gofundme was pretty tinpot - as were the resulting signingsWell Keith Curle is no stranger to crowdfunding.
Yeah, well only one signing, Junior Joachim who made two sub appearances and then left at the end of the season. I think what had happened was, Curle was surprised to suddenly be handed some money to go out and sign someone, had no real plans of who to sign, hadn't expected to be going into the transfer market and hadn't done any scouting and now had neither the time or money to do a proper job so went for the guy we had on trial that summer who was yet to find a club. That gofundme was pretty tinpot - as were the resulting signings
But even if we did come straight back down, we’d still be a football league club. A relegation from L1 to L2 isn’t even remotely close to being as disastrous as losing our EFL status.Sigh..
What's the point of us going for promotion?
We'd just come straight back down again, isn't that right hellogregory?

You really don’t get it do you? There isn’t a single negative about promotion, so if (big if) it happens, even if the following season we do come straight back, it would still be worth it.
It wouldn't be because we could be the next Southend or Oldham, you've got to worry about 2 seasons ahead.
So be careful what you wish for..
