Very, very interested in this as it helps us pinpoint where people are catching on about 1FF and will give us a better shot of enhancing the ability to grab more..if any newbies, or anyone who has arrived in the last few days can inform us it would go down very well...

Cheers!

A lot of who are here now, found this forum via the former "Unnoficial" TFF twitter feed, previously set up by myself and given to Dessy to use. When the alarm was raised, the password was changed, given to Leewilson (who passed it onto Dessy), which Dessy then went to a great deal of effort to recruit lost members, I ensured it was kept up to date with the correct profile information, twitter handle etc, until Sadderrad and Tractor Boys were ready to take over

So well done to all involved with the Twitter

Raging Womble posted a link on the WUP Guestbook (our cyber pub). Wombletom later posted the link which caught a few more.

The twitter handle got changed and the account renamed. @TFF_Net became @1_FootballForum before the re-brand. Same feed

After it eventually dawned on me that TFF was not coming back, I googled something along the lines of 'thefootballforum net down' and found this video

GodsGift told me about it on Twitter, then I got hold of a few other Lincoln fans who were here. Some of the non-leaguers registered to Club forums/posted on their forum to spread the word around and we seem to have got 90% of them back.

Twitter. Jimmy, Saddler, Tom and some dude named Bob let me know.

I'd like to thank them all because without them I could have been forced to frequent that other site.

Covcity sent me a link from another forum I joined thinking that everyone was there.I think TomPNE / Rammy told me to come here too.

Are there any frequent posters who are missing that people know of?

Keep the responses coming folks- I'll be starting our SEO campaign this week coming so hopefully within a month or two we'll see more and more signups arriving through the likes of Google, and to a lesser extent, Yahoo & Bing.

Any of you who may have a social page,website,blog/insert any web presence here - and who would like to help us can link to this place as this all helps us. You can also ensure the hyperlink appears as text, for example 'football forum'. If you need any assistance in doing this, feel free to drop me a PM.

All the best,
TractorBoys
