I thought a draw was a fair result, we were much the better side in the 1st half and Orient in the 2nd.

Wyke and Jabo had the better of their defenders, and I think when the former went off injured we lost our grip on the game. He had a golden chance to make it 2-0. Raynes and Ellis were solid, and Gillesphey had his best game in a while - beautiful free kick.

Orient's subs had an impact on the game, and we couldn't find our feet for a good 15/20 minutes. At 2-1, we looked the better team again, though the visitors were threatening on the break. I'm glad we got that late equaliser, one I think our performance warranted.

A decent point considering other results tonight, hopefully we can build on it against Northampton.

Looking back at that first half, we was lucky not to be further behind, Cisak kept us in the game.

Carlisle lost a bit of presence when Wyke went off.

Point definently the fair result.

I was disappointed because we should have put the game to bed in the first half with those two chances Wyke had, Curle tells us that he is the best natural finisher at the club yet he misses two chances which should be put away with ease and it's not the first time Wyke has let us down that much in front of goal. A draw in the end was a fair result but we really do need to be more clinical if we are serious about getting into the play offs!

Wrapping games up is something we've struggled with all season, I can only think of two relatively easy wins in the league this season.

Great free kick from Gillesphey I must add.

Orient looked an organised side with some quality players Jay Simpson being the obvious best, but we already knew about that and because of the money they have which is more than most clubs in this division. There is something missing from their team and I think it's leadership, what do you think Orient fans? Do your players care and try hard enough?

I have no doubt the players care, they've just had a really poor manager in Hendon for the first 6 months of the season and we have been lacking leaders in the dressing room.

Which was why he brought in Nicky Hunt from Mansfield and of course Nolan himself is a big voice as well.

Nolan will need time to stamp his style across though.

I think a bigger reason was that Essam was playing (wasn't even Dover's best centre back when we signed him), he's been replaced by Brisley who is a top top player for this level, and we had no real midfielder who had a defensive brain, Atangana has addressed that. More balance in the side and we're not chucking in stupid goals every other game.

Hunt had a bit of a sorry game though, his pass completion for that game must have been shocking.

Worst for Orient, however McQueen, Raynes and Rigg had worse.

Was more concerned with the amount of times Hope got past him. Saw Hope v Wimbledon and he couldn't take on his man at all.

I wouldn't say Raynes had a bad game. Ellis was shit on both goals but Raynes was solid and scored the equaliser.

McQueen wasn't great but did put in a couple of quality crosses. One he put on a plate for Rigg which he should have scored from but took a shit touch, leaving Orient go straight up the other end and make it 2-1.

Meant pass percentages. Also forgetting an excellent delivery for Kennedy from McQueen as well. Rigg's miss was hilarious, think he was trying to put it on his stronger foot, but Baudry did well there, also gave Cisak time to adjust. Not really been impressed with Ellis and Raynes together, looks like a through ball waiting to happen although Raynes is an absolute monster in the air.

Also, I know you guys don't rate Gillesphey much, but on the occasions I've seen him I've been fairly impressed. Looks far stronger than McQueen. Obviously he's no Grainger though.
