Plenty of our fans wishing we had a good old fashioned queue this morning. Surprise surprise our system can't deal with the demand for tickets!

Cut off numerous times whilst trying to phone and being put in a queue.... managed to secure 2 via that interweb malarky thing.

Website crashed numerous times.

Good luck to those still waiting.

Reading some comments from your lot about the online tickets I'm glad we were all in person sales only, I'd be having kittens right now.

I was fortunate enough to have 5 other people either logging onto the website or joining the phone queue. I got there first (more by luck than anything else by the sounds of it).

I know we're a small(ish) club and this kind of event doesn't come around very often, but f**k me, reading comments re this all over the interweb is embarrassing.... hopefully, come Sunday, it will have all been worth the stress.

I, like many other exiles I would guess, would've gladly driven down to the 'Bay and camped overnight (a la Pools) if it meant having the tickets in my grubby little hands.... now I'm at the mercy of Mr Postman... wait a minute.... (there's a song in there somewhere)...

COYY!

Might be worth all fans attending to read the above (from the BCFC Covid Policy).

And some even posting their invoice to prove it.

Thick fuckers.

What pisses me off about this is that it could lead to trouble in the ground (no, I'm not saying Pools fans are like that, far from it, but it's going to be a very 'tense' day for both sets)... not only that, those fans from the 'Bay who couldn't get tickets yesterday have missed out because of these selfish feckers.

Hope they get refused entry or, at the very least, get turfed out once spotted.

As the esteemed Chief Rocka says, thick fuckers!

Surely our fantastic booking system would've spotted anyone with a dodgy Westcountry accent ('A'right me luvver, Oi wud like to book four of them there tickets for Sunday, c'mon youm Seagulls') or asking for delivery to a TS24(ish) postcode (obviously not).

Well it seems we've fucked up our ticket sales. Nobody can get through on the phone, voicemails aren't being replied to. Nowt online available and only people rocking up can get them. The staff we have are doing their best but as I've said on here before, skeleton of a club, there's no one left and the staff have about 12 jobs each. So I can see why some have bought Torquay tickets but its not very fair considering we get 3000 tickets each.

The club are saying they had 790,000 site visits and 35,000 phone calls between 10am and noon yesterday! No surprise the system couldn't cope!

And they will know which ones they are too after the fucking melts went and posted pictures of them. :D

Edit: Sorry I read Chief Rocka’s post wrong just seen it wasn’t pictures of the tickets and was just the invoices although I guess using the invoice numbers will work just as well.

It shouldn't be that difficult to find out who they are... the delivery address will be a big giveaway (I doubt if any of them wanted to do 750ish mile round trip to pick them up).

We do have quite a few northern based fans though and I just hope they're not penalised because of these bellends.

Out of interest are the Hartlepool fans doing their famous end of season fancy dress away day at the Play Off Final and if so what is the theme? I remember the one at PP a few years back when they all turned up as clowns. It was hilarious as was their Smurf invasion of Charlton

I think the last one they did was the "Knights" at our place in 2019 - they were brilliant;-

Happy to have either of you up (mainly after you’re not chesterfield or notts county :bye:)

torquay coming up especially after going down to the conference south and looking like they’re going out of business would be a dream for them.

Yeah I do to be honest. Sick of all this shit.

and yet we’re just playing for it, not contesting it at all just plodding along.

the numbers are going up, they’ll be more restrictions, wait until winter and we’ll all be in again doing nothing.

It’s time to crack on, no time for this nonsense
