It really is remarkable looking on from this time five years back with Andy, wondering if he'll win a slam or two maybe; but he's won everything there is to win in the game now with the only exceptions being the Aussie and French opens! Its incredible the successes he has achieved in such a period in mens tennis as this, and now to also finish the year as the worlds best player officially is wonderful.

Great to see his brother and Bruno Soares being ranked the #1 team in mens doubles also to add to the slams they won; and with Konta doing wonders in the womens game and Heather Watson winning the doubles at Wimbledon; we should embrace this time for British tennis, its been a long long time coming and may never happen again.

The amount of effort he puts in to every point is incredible. He's a joy to watch and hopefully he will remain at the very top for some time now.
