It’s just opened up for Taylor hasn’t it. Really don’t want to see him go out on a high.

Just hope Lewis and Cross can make the semi's close games tomorrow. I fear the occasion against the experience of MVG and Taylor will be too much for them though.

Real shame Anderson wasn't quite at it tonight.

Great stuff, I fancied cross to beat mvg, mvg not seemed right as proved tonight. I 100% fancy Taylor now though, the whole crowd will all be for Taylor and I think it may get to cross a bit, he seems a very decent bloke too, like Gary Anderson compared to the rest who are pricks. Be good for Taylor to win but id like cross to win which I wouldn't of if it was mvg

Unbelievable match. Cross has balls of steel. Straight into the Premier League and you have to say he's in contention to win it too.

A glorious way to send the horrible prick to retirement.

Well in Rob Cross

At last, no more Phil fucking Taylor strutting his silly antics and hogging the limelight - well done Rob Cross.

What a performance from Cross, the only way it could have been more perfect is if he had the 9.

Absolute madness for Taylor to miss D12 for the 9 and still lose the leg.

I'm not having that Cross is 27 though.

Great line from Cross when asked whether he felt any mind games from Taylor. "I looked at him, but I didn't see him because I was that focused".

UK Open qualifiers for me on Saturday at Rileys in Nottingham. I'm looking forward to getting absolutely trounced in the first round.

Anderson v MVG didn’t disappoint tonight. Whitlock is on fire too and pleased Rob Cross got his first win, Especially against that bellend Wright.

Update: Lost 4-1 in the second to a guy who's one of the best players in Lincolnshire. Considering I only play pub leagues I'm quite happy.

Can’t believe that, he was at a function at our ground 2 weeks ago, He gave a mate of mine loads of verbal after he asked if he was playing now who would he want to play and beat the most or something. Great player!

RIP

64 year old Paul Lim just threw 102 average and beat Rob Cross in the World Cup.

England are going to win though.
