It's a tricky one as for me MvG is the best player in the world and he always finishes top of the league but Anderson has had the indian sign over him twice now when it really matters. Anderson said it himself, MvG's speed plays into Gary's hands.

Anyone been watching the world cup tonight? Barney has been absolutely shocking, MVG has carried them, RVB keeps hitting 5 even though he's got specs on!
Tell you what, that's the best World Cup of Darts I can remember. One shocking match from Barney aside, quality has been through the roof. The match between MVG and Peter Wright was absolutely immense in the Semi, and the final going down to the wire was testament to what a fantastic tournament it has been.
Adams is quality, there's a lot of top quality players in the BDO. On floor tournaments they're very very good. It doesn't quite translate as well when they get on stage though.
BDO is grass roots, I'm beginning to appreciate it a lot more these days.
Pelting start to the Matchplay these opening couple of days - hard pushed to find a game that has lacked quality. Bunting and White in particular was an absolute scorcher, as was Wade and Kyle Anderson this evening.
Was having this debate with the old man yesterday, who has the weirdest throw? I narrowed it down to either the Finnish guy Korte, or Dennis Smith who's throw just irritates me every time I watch him (Which thankfully isn't all that often these days).
Another good night though, Chisnall/Caven was a belter, gutted to see Barney go out although he didn't look up to it for large parts so no surprise really.
Petri Korte has the strangest throw in darts, though a guy on my local league could quite easily take that mantle. I'll try and get a video of it next time we play the team.
Dennis Smith seems like a nice fella but because of his throw, he's automatically a bellend.
Whilst Andrew Gilding is probably a nice bloke, it doesn't stop him looking like a sexual predator. Great start by him though, 11 darter. I don't remember the last time I had an 11 darter, good year ago.
Andy Hamilton's annoys me, but I think it's more down to the fact he annoys me.
Adrian Lewis, Michael Smith, Kyle Anderson, Barney, Paul Nicholson, Ted Hankey all have throws that give boners. I quite like Scotty Rand too... and obviously my pub standard throw is majestic.
I like Gerywn Price - a lot. Showed some serious nerve there - what game as well. What an evening in fact, sort of just want to give Jamie Lewis a big hug, playing any else with that sort of form and he's probably the favourite to win.
