almost certainly not. i can cook a mean curry and that's about it. used to live with a chef for a year or so, so i picked a few things up but i'm too fkn lazy to put any real effort in tbh

My home made chilli con carne with chorizo is to die for I've been told. And by home made I obviously mean from scratch, not some salt-ridden, mass produced sauce out of a jar. Decent mince is absolutely essential, we get ours in bulk from a farm shop who slaughter on site and we then freeze it. It's expensive but has got very little fat in it, it's bright red almost. Compared to the shit from supermarkets which is a dingy pink, almost grey on occasion.

I'm more a brandy/cognac guy, Courvoisier vsop or Remy Martin usually hits the spot if I'm at home with the goons. Exceptionally smooth.
